Easy to get around without personal transport. Lots of parklands to go walking. Good Neighbourhood, and safe at night.

Great location, near public transport hubs, Bondi Junction shopping centre and an easy walk to Woollahra. Fabulous view over to Double Bay and we watched the bats and the kookaburras from the window.
My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is an easy walk from shopping locations and parks. We would stay agian if we are ever back in the area.
We had a lovely stay in this great location Second bedroom a little tight but did not affect us Otherwise well equipped with everything you needed Such easy and prompt communication with the host Would stay again
Lilys accomodation is in a great location, close to shops, cafes and transport. As the 5th person staying at this accom, i will say that the 5th bed was not very comfortable. I ended up sleeping on my own matress that i brought in and placed in the living room so that it was a little quieter, away from the main road and also warmer. I would like to suggest perhaps advertising this place as sleeps 4 or make a more comfortable bedroom situated in the living room away from the main road and with proper heating.The other 2 bedrooms where my friends stayed were clean and comfortable and we did enjoy our stay overall. The view is lovely and the location is convenient.
The stay was very good . The weather was pretty warm and we found the second bedroom very hot . Maybe a fan could be installed to move the area around. Otherwise was a good position and we enjoyed our stay
Great property overall. Two really nice bedrooms and a great sunroom living area. Was honestly shocked how cheap it was given a great neighborhood. My only feedback is that the "sofa bed" isn't really a bed - it is very small and could only really fit a small child. We had someone sleep on the living room couch instead, which was much longer.

Great location
Was a great location. Thought we were getting 3 double beds but the third bed was a fold down sofa which was not comfortable and it was in a noisy area for sleeping.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Sun room and the lovely bathroom. The access to public transit was of great value. And the mall proved to be a helpful and fun resource. A great place to use as a bounce pillow to the rest of the city!
Property has been nicely updated. Very comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and sun room/living area. Great location close to public transport. Easy access to Bondi Beach or city and Circular Quay. We would stay here again.

Sydney/Bondi New Year Trip
Location perfect for Transport links around Sydney & Bondi.Facilities excellent, particularly in the Kitchen/Dining area.Could do with a deep clean and better windows, there was a bit of Road noise from outside but not too bad.Lights tripped occasionally but the Host sorted quickly.Overall great value for money for 4 of us for 10 days over New Year.
Small yet stylish and comfortable! The kitchen was made useable even on a short stay with the essentials for cooking. The area was a little hard to get ubers with the traffic, but they were usually quick to arrive. Friendly and safe area, with a lot of shops nearby, and public transport.

Not what was expected
Unfortunately there were a lot of cockroaches, the aircon units were mouldy and the garden wasn't accessible. We couldn't even use the kettle as it gave off fumes that someone had cooked something inside it and it really needed descaling. The location was good and not a far walk to the shopping centre or the train station. Staying as a couple who are out all the time it would be more than fine but as a family not recommended especially if its hot.
This place is terrible. Roof leaked constantly. It poured out water down the walls, in living room and office. Birds constantly pecking at the Glass in the lounge room all day. Not only was the traffic noise from the street horrendous. The owner failed to mention it that there was roadworks right outside the front door that started at 9 pm till 1am for a week. The Bathroom is riddled with mould and the place just smelt bad. Avid this place at all costs.

I was taken aback by your unfavourable review. You extended your stay 3 times past your initial booking for an additional period of almost 3 weeks. This would indicate that you were happy with the accommodation.
Also we spoke to your wife on several occasions during this period, she has not mentioned anything that she’s unhappy about.
Admittedly there was unusual all time record setting rain in sydney's history during your stay, and consequently some unexpected leaking from the glass roof was professionally repaired during your stay.
Contrary to your review the house is very quiet despite it’s located at the heart of busy Bondi Junction shopping district. This is evident from comments from our previous guests.
