The pool and waterslides were a blast. The lazy river was relaxing and the water is clean. We dont drink but there is a rum shack off side of the pool

Wonderful vacation

Harborside was so amazing! It was clean, modern and had the amenities we needed for the home and beach! Debra was wonderful communicating with us upon our arrival and to answer any questions we had. The water park was also so much fun! Will def stay here again!!

Excellent!

This is such a great place for families! We very much enjoyed the property, the neighborhood, and all of the amenities. The condo is extremely clean and there was everything we needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a really great family vacation!

Fantastic Location

Close to beach, grocery, entertainment, and attractions. Water slides were fabulous and pool amazing!!! Concessions and bar was fantastic!!! So much to do in such a great space!!!

Great place and location

The unit was well cared for and no problems with communicating with the owner. It's a great location, many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. We took advantage of the water park as well. We are already talking about next year!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our stay at this property couldn’t have been better. Clean, well appointed, cozy space with just the right amount of room for our family of 4. It’s a short walk to the beach. Also close to the water park without being too close to the noise or action. Great view of the channel out back. Really peaceful and serene! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Loved It!

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean condo. We especially loved the balcony with the intercostal views. The short walk to the beach and restaurants made it most enjoyable. The property manager Debi was great to work with, responding to us quickly! We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Fabulous space and location!

We had a fabulous time visiting IRB! The balcony is great for watching boats on the intercoastal and gazing out to the Gulf from the balcony, and we saw at least 15 simultaneous fireworks displays on the Fourth of July! IRB is cute and small enough that our teens wandered around somewhat independently and they even had a fun visit to the Splash Park. The space in the condo allowed us all to spread out and be comfortable. Great location for days on the local beach or visits from Clearwater to St Pete. I already want to visit again!

Everything in walking distance...

Great location, nice small town feel. We had rented a car for a week and only used it twice. Nice bar and grills on strip with really good food and a few shop but you can take the Suncoast Beach trolley down to some bigger towns with out having to find parking. The ocean and harbor with both nice and well taken care of, also felt safe in Indian Rocks Beach no matter how late we were out walking the strip. The condo unit was very nice and well taken care of with great views from the large balcony. Really enjoyed working with Debra and the crew from at home properties.

Perfect stay!

Location was ideal! We were able to drive the golf cart everywhere we needed and there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Getting into the condo was super easy and I was so happy to see all of the beach supplies we’d need. The condo was very spacious and I really liked the floor plan. It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including enough TP for a family of 6 (which is usually an issue with most condos). Lol! The property is surprisingly quiet, despite it being attached to the water park. The elevators times were fast and we actually rarely saw other people on them. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we look forward to staying there again! Thank you!

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean and up-to-date. The private balcony was a fan favorite of our kids', with a great view of the intercoastal, and you could also see the ocean if you looked to the right. It was spacious enough for our family of five. The waterpark couldn't have been better for our young kids, not too small but not too big. The included passes were a huge bonus. We walked to dinner and ice cream almost every night with plenty of options nearby. The ocean was also a walkable distance with children. The property manager was communicative and even purchased a pack 'n' play and a highchair when I asked if either were available prior to our visit. The only piece of feedback I'd provide is that the kitchen was a small bit lacking in terms of supplies. The basics were there, but a few more items would have been helpful (miscellaneous things like a whisk, plastic cups for children, some Pyrex, etc.). But truly that is splitting hairs in trying to come up with anything that wasn't excellent. We hope to return again in the future!

Water Park Condo

Condo itself was nice. It wasn't over the top incredible. It had the basics and nothing else, no extra blankets and basic minimum things in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The smoke detector chirped on and off several times even though we took the battery out. The check in process was ok. The door handle is odd and annoying to use. We were not told about the main office where we could find tickets and events happening around town. We sent the manager a message about where we could store our luggage since check out is at 10AM which seems pretty early. There was no response from her but a generated message. The staff in the main office building were extremely nice and accommodating and let us keep our luggage in there until it was time for our flight. Check out and directions made it seem like if we did something not correct, we would be charged. I would not rent again from a VRBO that is managed by a company. I'd rather deal directly with the owner.

The property was absolutely amazing, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. Excellent location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. The only reason for the loss of one star is the property management company, right from the beginning we had difficulty with communication with them. Poor communication from the time of booking, until about 30 minutes before pick up. Overall wish this property was managed by someone else, it was a reason I almost did not book this property. But if you’re willing to put up with poor and rude communication, I would totally recommend booking this property. Once it’s booked and everything is completed, you do not need to deal with the property management after that point. Great for kids and adults alike!

Awesome Stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The photos were spot-on and truly reflected the space, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent—quick, clear, and responsive throughout our stay. We loved it so much, we ended up extending our trip by two extra days! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for kids

We had a great week. Location was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants, shopping and splash resort. Unit is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and sand toys. One minor complaint is the cleaniness. I recommend doing a deep clean and moving furniture to dust and vacuum behind. The unit was very clean on the surface. Would definitely stay again.
