We stayed for a girls weekend with 10 of us and the place was beautiful!!! We felt very safe the only thing we think could have made it better was a blind for the main floor sliding glass doors because the sun blinded us when we were playing games at the table but everything else was perfect!! Would stay again and would definitely recommend others stay there.

The house was great for us to spend time together. We talked together before and after services like a family. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or pool due to rain and lack of time. We are planning on visiting this house again. We did encounter a couple of problems but they were miner ones. I recommend this house if you need some away time.

Favorable: House was spacious with nice beds. Air conditioning worked good! Nice hot tub. The kids liked the community swimming pools! Good location and easy garbage dumpsters.Needs attention: update broken and worn living room furniture. Need to fix showerhead and door on shower in bedroom on main floor besides the stairway. Kitchen sink drain needs to be fixed. Could not use garbage disposal.

We visited Branson with my extended family and absolutely loved the house. The location is great. Just outside of town but very easy to access the interstate to get anywhere. The two large living areas allowed everyone plenty of space to enjoy their time.

It was ok for the price of 2 nights 1,924 Fathers Day Weekend. Plenty of room and relaxing spaces for 8 adults. Several worn out broken items due to older/out dated furniture, Pillows, appliances, entertainment system, spa…only partially functional. (They would have sent Maintenance quickly, but these aren’t quick fixes) House is Close to State Marina and Concert Venue.

Nice home but needed TLC

1. Space was very accommodating for my family but had to do extra cleaning, dusting before the rest of my family arrived. 2. Toilet room in the upper bedroom light was out. ( maintenance came immediately to fix)The ceiling fan in the same room didn’t work plus the portable air condition very loud couldn’t sleep. 3. Toilet tissue holder missing in the lower bedroom. ( maintenance took picture )4. One of the kids upper bunk bed wasn’t sturdy.( maintenance was aware )5. On the last night lower bedroom light & fan trip off but it was able to come back on. 6. The master bedroom didn’t have a closet. I wasn’t aware.7. In master bathroom the first face bowl had a very slow drain. 8. Also, all showers should have a grab bar. 9. All decorative pillows should be cleaned. 10. Carpet thru out & all throw rugs to be clean

Branson Trip

The home was roomy, unfortunately the furniture should be updated. Couple of the chairs were broken, one of the beds was uncomfortable, pillows were awful. The outside furniture broke when one the guests sat down spilling hot coffee one her. We had a good time, but the owners should really go in and check everything out.

Enjoyed our stay. Please check the drain in the bathroom by kitchen, very slow. Also front right burner on stove does not work. The bed in the upstairs bedroom needs to be replaced my daughter and her husband were very uncomfortable. Overall we were pleased. These are things that we felt needed attention.

Disappointing house needs TLC and Safety issues addressed.

The house was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The three-level house had only one HVAC unit. The lower floor was always cold, the main level was comfortable, and the upper level was too hot to sleep. The ceiling fan on the upper floor did not work. The staircase railing between the main level and lower level was pulling away from the wall, creating a safety issue. The threshold into the main floor bedroom had exposed carpet tacks which were stepped on several times. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, with several pieces broken. All the mattresses were worn out, and the memory foam pads did not make them any more comfortable. The pillows were flat, barely two inches thick. The Air Hockey table was wobbly and didn't produce much air. The refrigerator had broken shelves. One of the large burners on the stove top didn't work. Several toilets were hard to flush. An AC Outlet on the main floor had burn marks on it. We have been a VRBO customer for many years and up till now have had good experiences with the properties that we rented. This was our Son-in-law 's first and probably last VRBO rental. He was very upset with the condition of the property, as were we. There were several other nuisances in the house, but these were the worst items. In summation, the condition of this house needs to be examined, and issues addressed.

Our stay was great!

We were there for almost a week and everything was as described. The kids loved the pools, the community is less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson, and the parking was good.

My name is Robyn and I own 7 properties in Branson Canyon because I love the development. It is a great place for rest, relaxation, and family fun. I grew up in central PA and went to Penn State University where I majored in Accounting. After college, I went to work for IBM for 9 years. I left corporate and started my own real estate company 27 years and have been buying properties even since. I started buying vacation rentals in Branson Canyon. I feel in love with the town and the development. I own 7 homes in Branson Canyon and they range from a 4BR to a 7BR. I love decorating them and making each one unique so they can provide a great place for families to have an awesome vacation.

Canyon Rock Lodge is special to me because it offers two living areas - one on the main level and one downstairs. It also came with a nice patio that I was able to add a Brand New 6 person Tuscany Hot Tub to help guests relax and unwind. I upgraded all the comforters with top of the line Donna Sharp Bedding and 1000 count sheets.

The home has everything in the kitchen that a family would need. Crock Pot , Griddle, Mixer, Blender, ect.

I own the home next door that is a 7 bedroom. Both homes could be booked for a large group to have 12 bedrooms.
