Lovely light-filled home in the heart of Mission Bay, the perfect location for a stay in Auckland!

You'll have all everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay including super fast fibre WiFI, aircon/heating/HRV, a washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a beautiful wrap-around deck with outdoor seating and BBQ.

Ideal family escape house!

Please note, a 4x4 will be needed to comfortably use the driveway

The Space:
Our stunning, bright two-bedroom bungalow provides an excellent homebase for a memorable stay in Auckland. Just 10 minutes walk to the popular Auckland beach, Mission Bay. Featuring two bedrooms with comfortable beds (first bedroom has one double bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds) . Perfect for families!

In the spacious light-filled living area, you will find a comfortable sofa, Smart TV w/ Netflix and YouTube, please note there is no free to air TV only Smart TV through HDMI. There is a lovely open-plan kitchen fully-equipped with cooking essentials so you can relax and enjoy an evening at home.

Open the french doors out to the garden to the newly built wrap-around deck and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine or a morning coffee in your own private space.

With Mission Bay so close, not only enjoy an ice cream and stroll along the water front but there is an array of restaurants including Mexican, Italian, Indian fish n' chips, Starbucks and pizza!

Guest Access:
You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.

The driveway is steep from the bottom to the top. We advise guests that only a 4x4 when the ground is wet and take it very slow.

The Neighborhood:
Safe, quiet and close to all of Aucklands best attractions. 14 min drive to Auckland CBD, 10 minute walk to the seaside suburb of Mission Bay, which has a wide selection of shops and eateries.

Uber ride to the city will typically cost less then $15.00NZD.

Getting Around:
Space for up to three cars up driveway, on street parking, 1 min to bus stop.
NOTE: The driveway is a bit steep so please be weary of this. A 4x4 will be needed to comfortably use the driveway

Just OK

The house was OK and did the job. ID process to approve the rental was frustrating as system would not down load, then had to go thru photos of ourselves and licences, after we got thru that they wanted to know why we were in the area. just too intrusive to bother with it. We have used VRBO before and clearance should follow us on future rental purchases. Refrigerator was not cleaned, remenants of avacardo schmered in there. stove backsplash was not cleaned, grease. House also needs a number put on it, had to call VRBO to make sure we were at the right house up that hill. Like I said it was ok not a great experience. thanks, Jim

Thank you guys for such a great little stay for the weekend, I can’t express enough how amazing the experience was as this was my first time doing this with friends, the neighbours were amazing, and the beds were the topping of the experience, will definitely recommend to stay again 😎😎 Thank you guys for the amazing service with communication, very prompt and efficient

Nice little house, has all you need. My only issue which is why we only stayed 1night instead of the 2booked was that it was hot, without fans (heat pump in lounge had no affect on bedrooms). And there was long comb webs hanging in the main bedroom which we only found out due to our daughter waking up every 2hours itchy (she’s allergic to dust and very sensitive to heat). So I’m the end it wasn’t a great stay for us. Also the rubbish bin was over flowing so had no space to put our rubbish so we took it with us.

Great place for Auckland stay

Bright and modern decor. Nice part of Auckland, especially if you have a car as we did. Quick 15 min drive into down-town. Enjoyed the house and back yard. Would have liked a TV, but the listing had said there wasn't one. Overall a great place.
