The condo was a great space, good beds, great view on top floor.he kitchen was well stocked, but needs new small appliances.The down side is, it needs a deep cleaning. The floors and baseboards, the cabinets in kitchen.The large window doors looking at the beach, they were so filmed over with brime when we got there, you couldn't see out. A little windex and we were good to go.Overall, a great place.

Direct oceanfront with fabulous views. We could watch the sunrise off of the deck and we could see the sunset right out the front door. Kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything you need.

Family vacation

The condo and property are beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was so amazing to have a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels. We really had everything we needed and so much more! On site management was great to work with as well!! We loved the location and relaxed atmosphere.

Summer fun

We had a great time. We have stayed at many condos in Daytona and New Smyrna over the years but we really enjoyed this particular unit because it had a large living space , it was clean, close to shopping and dinning, it was on the no drive section of the beach. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Location

We enjoyed New Smyrna Beach for the first time. The condo is located close to restaurants, a National Park, and walking distance to a few places. It was a nice change from the freezing weather we left at home. I think 2 couples would have ample space or a small family.

Great views, large condo well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The access to the beach is easy and the pool was small but nice. Everything is very clean. Be sure to check about parking deck repairs as I heard the parking will soon be shut down soon and parking will be at the church across the street.

Nice property for a family of 4 with two kids young enough to share a bed. Partially updated. Minor maintenance issues and deep cleaning in the cracks and crannies of the condo would be good. Plenty of beach amenities. The balcony, proximity to the beach, and the salt water pool were our favorite things about the property.

Sisters trip

The condo had a beautiful view! We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony with our coffee and beverages. The condo itself was very nicely furnished and very spacious. The only downfall was the internet. We had several remote meetings, one of which I was running that I needed to use my personal hotspot for since the internet was so slow and spotty. Everything else was exceptional.

Terrific location! Easy access! They had EVERYTHING you could need!

We checked in about an hour early - parking in the garage was a little intimidating. But once we figured it out, it was great! Covered parking on the beach is terrific. Plenty of luggage and shopping carts to get your stuff from your vehicle to the room. The unit was well outfitted with everything you needed. Washer and dryer was a wonderful addition. The main living room is large - the pull out sofa was on one end allowing the other side to be used to watch TV. PLENTY of lines and towels available. Toys & Chairs for the beach were great! We will stay here again!

Gorgeous view. 10/10When we arrived the drains in the kitchen and bathrooms were swarming with little flying bugs. The thermostat was set on 76 and it was super humid in the condo. We went down to the office but the office was closed so called the emergency # and left a message. Moody returned our call and explained that pest control was coming the following day and he tried to talk us through the thermostat but we were unable to get it to respond to our touch. It was a long humid night. Pest control came the following morning but sprayed the perimeter of the condo, not sure how this helps the bugs in the drains. Moody arrived before pest control to show us how to control the thermostat. Perhaps Rod and Jodi need to visit the condo as updates to the bathrooms would be a great decision. The guest bathroom toilet has a delay when flushing which was worrisome, but our visit wasn’t complicated with a backed up toilet. A blessing. Sheets for both bedrooms are worn out. The fitted sheets won’t stay tucked so we were fighting them through the night. The pillows are flat and old. One of the king pillows in the master has stuffing coming out of it. There were four washcloths for us to use, so we washed them every other day. We finally went to Publix, bought bug catchers and vinegar to pour down the drains, Moody had mentioned that several condos were experiencing the bug issue and were pouring bleach and vinegar down the drains. Would love to return once updated & bug free.

we did not have asset to condo. when we arrived, so we had to wait, Thanks Mr. Moody for all your help. shower needs to be clean; you have mold. knob in shower awful mold needs to be taken off and clean, bottom of shower nasty. no battery in bedroom remote, also couldn't adjust temp. needs battery. knob missing on washer. We have stayed in this unit several time, but not up to par this time.

New Smyrna Beach Getaway

Property is nice, unit description is accurate. The view is amazing, overlooking the pool and beach. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items, extra linens, and fantastic beach gear (beach towels, beach blankets, beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc.) which is wonderful. The unit itself, as others have mentioned, needs a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Both showers appeared to have mold in the corners and dirt behind the bathroom doors. The check in process went well-once we could find the office. Parking is in building B, and the office is in Building A. Parking was adequate, but many units were vacant. There is significant work going on in the parking garage for this complex and the complex south. Some noise during the day-but that is to be expected-so no big deal. Most of our time was spent at the pool which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables and chairs. The pool area was great. The seaweed was very bad and deep, plus the beach erosion is significant. To get to the beach you had to step in deep seaweed, that was stinky and covered with flies. It would have been nice if the property maintenance group would have raked a small path through the seaweed each morning. Overall, our stay was very good, the complex was nice, and the unit was "as advertised"
