Loads of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Guests can enjoy the two living rooms both with smart TV (& Foxtel upstairs), chill out on the huge upstairs deck complete with sun lounges or read a book in the hammock, hang out on the front lawn or around the outdoor firepit, snuggle up in the reading nook or get competitive with table tennis, darts or Playstation in the games room. In cooler months enjoy a cozy indoor wood fire.

Oceanside is a secure and spacious property suitable for multiple families. The location is close to everything making it possible to enjoy lovely seaside or river walks, bike rides, swims, shopping and eating out.

All doonas, doona covers, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided, together with hotel quality mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep.

Please note: Guests are required to provide their own bed linen (bed sheets and pillowcases) and bath towels, bath mats etc.

Should you wish to explore the area further, Oceanside is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride via a safe walking/bike track to Barwon Heads village and a short drive to neighbouring coastal towns including surf town Torquay and historic Queenscliff.

Oceanside is beautifully presented and comfortably sleeps 14 people. The bedroom configurations are:
• Master (upstairs) - king bed with full ensuite
• Second (upstairs) - queen bed and single trundle
• Third (downstairs) - queen bed with ensuite
• Fourth (downstairs) - queen bed and single trundle
• Fifth (upstairs) - two sets of bunks (4 single beds).

An automatic double gate (with pedestrian gate) ensures secure access to the private tropical garden and driveway. The double lock-up garage used as a games room contains a table tennis table, darts, Playstation with TV and a second fridge. There are also multiple bicycles for use during your stay.

Ducted gas heating, split system air conditioning and continuous hot water provide all the creature comforts for an enjoyable stay all year round.

Downstairs features a spacious kitchen/dining/living area with gleaming hardwood floors, a large screen digital smart TV with DVD player, gorgeous sitting/reading nook and a cosy wood fire. The kitchen is fitted with a suite of modern cooking appliances, dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters and pans to cater for cooking and entertaining large groups.

Outside, a broad concreted area located off the kitchen/dining area stretches along the rear of the home, providing space for outdoor activities and two barbecues including a Weber BBQ. An outdoor dining setting for 8 people is provided under a sunshade sail. The hammock is a lovely place to read, relax or nap and the hot and cold outdoor shower makes for comfortable post-beach bathing.

This modern beach house has a second storey with a wall of windows providing sun light from the deck to the upstairs lounge room. Double sliders connect the upstairs lounge/TV room (complete with Foxtel iQ3) and the large timber deck which has an outdoor setting for 6 people plus sun lounges for relaxation.

Free Wi-Fi is also provided so you can remain connected during your stay.
