We enjoyed our stay here. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The ocean lulled us to sleep each night after a fun day spent enjoying the amazingly clean, clear and deep blue surf which was just a short walk away.

We loved staying in this property. It's abvious the owners love it too and care about their tenants comforts by the ongoing upgrades they make. A wonderful spacious holiday home.

The cottage has such a warm, homely feel to it with all the comforts that come with an air con and super comfy lounges. Chatting on the back deck with drinks and nibblies, taking in the view in the lovely sea breeze while birds pass by from every direction was one of the highlights.Scott’s Head is such a nice spot and the cottage is located in an ideal spot to enjoy the best of it. Have already recommended to everyone who has asked me how my Christmas was.
The house was nice and in a great location, but I feel like some of the utensils really needed to be updated like pans made it hard for cooking. A little out dated but all together still a good house.

Walkable to the beach in under 10mins but bit of a slog coming back up the hill.Lookout just a little further up at the top of the hill is great for sunsets over the bush though we luckily caught a full moon rising over the ocean which was magical.Great beach for beginners as we didn't experience any rips (swim between the flags), only a few shops to choose from though local coffee shop served a consistently great long black, the bakery's Bahn Mi though slow were tasty.
Mimosa cottage is in a great spot. Its comfortable. The bed was good. The aircon was great. It has a very strong musty smell whenever you walk in. Maybe the curtains could do with a clean, could improve this 🤔 No dishwasher or BBQ facilities or clothes dryer or proper clothes line. These things make a holiday for me. Most places have a smart tv these days as well. I didnt want to review as i dont like complaining, but i feel this property could be easily improved by updating a couple of items. But Scotts Head itself out weighs all of this anyway. Love it 😀
