This delightful villa provided sanctuary from a harsh Northeast winter. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The kitchen had ample storage and cooking supplies. We were close to the tennis courts, an added bonus!

The villa was perfect for our family of four. The layout was great and this location cannot be beat. We walked daily to Night Heron Park to go to the playground and use the pools. Beach access was convenient and we enjoyed walking to The Sanctuary hotel for ice cream in the evenings. The host was very kind and responsive when I had questions leading up to our stay and about the checkout process. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and villa. Very clean and easy to get to all key areas on the island. Would absolutely stay there again and wish we were there longer.

This was our first time staying in Kiawah. We have a family of 5 with 3 kids, ages 8-12. We were very impressed with the communication, location, and cleanliness of this place! Hopefully we will be back again.

Great location, great property

We had a blast at this condo, and it was close to everything we wanted to do… we rode bikes to the beach but it was easy walk as well. And the master shower is wonderful!

Great stay

Our unit was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and newly renovated. The shower system made me want to redo my own at home! Definitely recommend this villa. The resort access was the best bonus.

The unit was very clean but there are several things I’d like to suggest to the owner. Please don’t supply ground coffee unless you provide filters. Make sure your ceiling fans work. We had our stay interrupted by maintenance people coming in and out to repair a ceiling fan. Fix the kitchen table. The wobble is very annoying. There are only 5 forks in your unit that sleeps 6. The mattress on the left in the guest room squeaks terribly when you sit on it or move while sleeping. The “extra” blanket on the closet shelf in there smells horrible. It is in very ragged condition. Please supply a luggage holder for the guest room. There is no surface to put a suitcase on and no floor space.I write this to you to help to improve your unit. Please accept my comments in a positive manner.

property is dated. The primary bedroom has a very uncomfortable bed. Second bedroom has full size mattresses on queen bed frames causing numerous opportunities for “toe-jams”. HVAC was quiet and efficient. Didn’t use kitchen but appears well stocked. Listed as having resort privileges but could not use Sanctuary pool.

Wonderful stay

So convenient as our son’s wedding was at the sanctuary. Property was just as listed. Very quiet area. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay

Went for a girls night to relax and I have to say it was def great. The place is amazing and the porch is peaceful. The only issue I had was with the front desk our keys weren’t working 3 times I had to call them and couldn’t get it after about an hour of waiting outside the place they were able to fix it. Overall, it was great with a hiccup in the beginning to access but it was fixed so we made the best of it.

Convenient location to all Kiawah has to offer!

Jason was very accommodating and was quick to reply. We rented for one night, but decided to stay for two. It is a very central location. Close walking distance to the Sanctuary (where you can rent bikes) and the convenience store. We ate all meals out, but the kitchen looked well equipped. The tv was very large and the seating comfortable. Private back screened porch.
