Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you.
The space
Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you. The room is 300 sq ft..with a queen size Murphy bed that folds up easily during the day to allow for plenty of living space for a couple people. There are 2 comfy swivel chairs and a flat screen tv. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. And plenty of space for your clothes and toiletries.

We have a laundry room on site 2nd floor also that requires quarters to operate. Wifi is available. Large comman deck with awesome views of the beach and Gulf to soak up the sun and watch fantastic sunsets. Steps to the beach restaurants and shops. The balcony/deck view was fantastic. We watched the sunset every night!The room was very clean and everything we could possibly need was in that room. We cooked a couple of nights and the rest of the time we went to the great restaurants close by. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Communication was great, facility was exactly what we needed for just the two of us. Murphy bed was perfect for this smaller size condo and mattress was very comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen daily and everything worked well. Quality beach chairs were a plus, along with a soft side cooler for the beach. Access to beach and sunset views can't be beat.

Hostess was very responsive to my questions. Unit was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Love the location! Unit is quite small (300SF) but the layout makes good use of the available space. Fine for 2 people but not more. I would def stay here again.

This is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants. The condo is very clean and comfy. The communication with the owner was great and she got back to me really fast. I enjoyed my stay here at this coundo and I already looking forward to planning another trio back here.

Memorial Day Getaway

We have absolutely no complaints. The place was clean, convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Perfect place to watch the postcard sunsets. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was great. We hope to make future memories here again.

Adorable condo with perfect location to beach

Loved the proximity to the beach. Condo was updated, stocked well, and very quiet. Julie communicated in a timely fashion with us on questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Great Waterfront Property

This place is right on the beach with the loveliest neighbors. It’s close to several food options and an ice cream shop. The only issue we experienced was the lack of cold water in the faucet/shower. Other than that the location and property was perfect

Anniversary trip

The condo was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We had to contact the owner at one point and she got right back to us. We loved where the condo is located. It is close to great restaurants and cute shops. Most important is that its across from the beach and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

Julie was an exceptional Hostess. She answered all my questions immediately. Property is beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was loaded with dishes and different items to cook with. I needed a band aid and she had those also. Everyone at the complex were friendly. The beach is right across the street. The view from the balcony is great. I didn’t want to leave and I will be back. I don’t have any complaints. The condo was very clean!!
