Welcome to lovely, lately renovated home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, daybed for 2, pool and hot tub, granite kitchen countertops. Easily accessible, no stairs, plenty of usable space. Quiet residential neighborhood. Less than a 7 min drive to Manasota Key Beach, where shark teeth are often found. Nestled just 25 minutes from famous Downtown Venice, home of numerous shopping and dining opportunities. Close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and world class fishing on the Gulf of Mexico!

Best Englewood vacation ever

Fabulous home! We especially loved the pool and lanai. Marta was great with communication and we had everything available to us that we could possibly need!

Wonderful Stay

My family was looking for a nice, relaxing place to get away. We definitely found it here. We visited all the beaches on Manasota Key. Spent time at the house, including the pool/hot tub. Enjoyed several wonderful restaurants in the area. Marta was very responsive any time we had a question. It's a perfect place to stay!

La Casa De Regina

My husband and I had a wonderful week at La Case De Regina. Marta was great to work with and responded to any and all inquiries. The home is just as described and has everything you'd need for your vacation. We loved being close to so many different beaches and coming home to the pool in the evenings.

Englewood Vacation

My husband, our 16 yearold son & I stayed for a week. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house matched the description. Marta was very responsive with all questions we asked. Check-in was super smooth. The pool & hottub were amazing!

Very nice house and pool area...very comfortable, A/C, WIFI worked well. Unfortunately, the house is adjacent to an Industrial area - there is intermittant noise Monday - mid-day Saturday

We are couple months after hurricane Ian passed our area. Everyone is working on fixing their homes, business etc. Unfortunately this is something I don't have control.

This property served our needs very well for our two week stay; it was very clean and had everything you would need. Marta was quick to respond to any communication. The pool and hot tub were nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Behind the house was a business of some kind that used an air compressor, but we didn't find that to be an issue. Location is great with a Walmart right around the corner and our favorite restaurant, Farlow's, right down the street.

Great home with wonderful amenities!

The home was in a great location and had many wonderful things to offer my family. We chose this home because of its screened in pool/ hot tub and the bikes. There are great bike paths near by to ride to and around. You are very close to many wonderful restaurants and many outdoor activities and beach options. The home is a great place to take a break and relax outdoors. We don’t have small children however if we did they literally have everything for small children from a bike with training wheels, a bike child seat, toys, high chair, pack and play and potty seat. They have nice pool floats and a relaxing couch set and table outside. Everyone we passed in the neighborhood was very friendly as were basically everyone we came across in the area. You are only about 5 min from Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries or anything you might need. Our family loved our stay and would highly recommend this home if you are looking for somewhere in the area to stay!

Not what I expected

This is the 4th VRBO I stayed at within the last 2 months and the only one I’m not giving raving reviews. Before booking know that the pool cannot be heated past 84 degrees (even though you pay a heating fee) and the a/c cannot go below 74. If you message the owner she will say sorry that’s what we have. I’m not a difficult person but nothing could be asked/addressed without attitude. I tried to smooth it over just to get through our stay. Cleaning service needs to be looked into. My socks were so dirty from wearing them one day in the home. I expect a very clean home when paying a cleaning fee. Location was great. There’s a park within walking distance and the beaches are super close.

Hello Renee, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you didn’t have the experience that you expected. I was texting with you back and forth almost every day, responding to all of your questions about the pool, about the pool toys, about the TV. You NEVER mentioned that home is not clean. As a matter of fact, you are the first person that said so about our home. We put special care about cleanliness because we know it’s not fun staying in a dirty house from our past experiences as well. You were visiting with 2 children. Having 3 of my own, I know that only after a couple of hours, the home is simply is not clean anymore, so maybe this was the cause of the dirtiness. I think giving a lower review because of this and NOT mentioning anything during your stay is not fair. As for the pool temperature - this is a private home/pool and we do not use  commercial spa and pool heating as public pools do. I never answered you with an attitude about this. I was just explaining that’s how it is in private homes since you probably didn’t know about this difference. It’s also this way for your and your children’s safety. Again, giving a lower review for this and NOT saying anything negative during your stay is just bizarre. You also didn’t say anything about AC temperature during your stay. If I knew it was too hot for you I could do something about it. You checked out a day earlier, telling me about it once you were already at the airport. You didn’t leave the home as it was supposed to be but I didn’t say anything because you left being worried about COVID 19 travel restrictions. No problem. I should have been more honest about rating you back, but I wasn’t. You rated your stay much later than you checked out which happened to be during this Corona Virus quarantine. I understand that you’re probably frustrated as we all are. But I think I deserved a fair review. I hope you and your family stay well and healthy in this horrible time.

Hidden Gem!

This property was amazing and had everything you could need for a play day at home and a play day at the beach! Marta has truly thought of everything you could possibly need! Owners response time to any of our questions was quick and we enjoyed the privacy of the pool/hot tub! Having bikes available was a bonus and we were well equipped for our beach days with everything Marta had stocked in the garage for use. Pool and hot tub both heated up nicely with no issues. Everything about this house was amazing! The proximity to the gulf beaches was awesome... we will be renting this property again!

Great Stay

It was a great stay. I couldn’t get the code to work to get in, my error, but within 5 minutes the garage door was opened remotely and we were in. There was a garage door opener on the counter for us to use during our stay. Later we tried the code and it worked just fine. Everything was as described. We were a little worried that it wasn’t actually a hot tub, but it was, and it would get up to 102 within minutes. The pool was the perfect temperature as well. It was great to have use of beach chairs and cooler in the garage and we visited 4 different beaches. All were great! We even found shark teeth on Blind Pass Beach. It was great to come back each day to the pool and hot tub with a TV outside. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you need to have a great time

We are extremely satisfied with our week at Casa Regina. The house was clean, the AC worked great and they were equipped with all basic necessities. I really appreciated how things were labeled and there were clear instructions on how to use the pool. They outdoor space was great. We ate all our meals outside. The pool was everyone’s favorite. The deepest side was 7ft deep, which the older kids enjoyed. The hot tub worked great and that was my favorite spot at night. When we had an issue with the pool (it was cloudy due to rain) I texted the owners who called me right away with instructions and also sent the pool maintenance people to help us. The problem was solved quickly and we went back to enjoy the pool right away. They have pool toys, bicycles and helmets and even a kayak! We took the kayak to a nearby park and saw dolphins swimming near by! Walmart is 2 minutes away and that was a lifesaver. The drive to the beach is 10 minutes to nearest beach, parking was cheap ($1/hour.) All beaches were beautiful with warm and serene water, we were able to see sea turtles hatch and reach the ocean. The sunsets are out of this world!! Over all, we will be happy to return in the future. Thank you Marta for a very memorable vacation!

We chose this home because it had a screened-in lanai with pool/hot tub and other features for a relaxing 5-day family vacation. The home is as depicted in the photos and video. It is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Everything you need for the nearby beach --- chairs, floats, and toys! An array of adult bikes and a small girls bike with training wheels. The owners texted daily during our stay and communicated about pool, wifi, and other minor issues. Many security cameras on the exterior, in pool area, in laundry area/garage, etc.

Spring Break 2021

What a wonderful time we had.😎 House was good, neat, clean, we did feel the outside grounds could have been cleaned up a bit. The actual pool very clean except for the top edge of pool and hot tub. We would rent again!!!! 😍They supply absolutely everything you could possibly need👍💖 None of that is meant to be negative comments just constructive to improve on. Thank you!!!!

Hello Joan, thank you for your review. Speaking of around the house. During late spring, summer till late winter we have beautiful blooming trees, palms, flowers. You've renter in early spring when unfortunately trees and bushes might look sad. I think this is what gave you that impression. About top of the pool and spa- we have weekly service for the pool and it's hard to imagine that something was wrong there. Especially you didn't mention anything during your stay. But you said at the same time that water was clear and clean. I'm trying to understand. Thank you again and I wish you can come back when surroundings are green and colorful.

Private and relaxing stay!

We chose this home because it had a pool and hot tub with an outdoor living space. We loved it and will plan to stay there the next time we stay in the Venice/Englewood area. They made the home feel nothing short of home. The bikes were an added bonus! Communication was excellent! Our kids are ready to go back!

Great vacation home

Would definitely stay at this home again. It was very clean and had all the essentials needed including a well stocked kitchen, heated spa and pool which we utilized every day. It was a short ride to beach and there were beach chairs, coolers, and towels provided. The owner was very accommodating and overall was a great vacation!

Very comfortable house

Little gem

Our group of 6 really enjoyed the stay. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need, even beach gear. The location is convenient to shopping and some great restaurants (Mama Italian and Farlow’s), few minutes to the beach and 1.30 hrs drive to Naples. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. Marta, the owner, is a great host and answers all the questions right away.
