Detta fantastiska semesterhus ligger mitt i staden så att du kan parkera bilen och gå överallt. Det har allt du behöver för att njuta av din vistelse plus lite mer.

EN BLOCK till Yambas blomstrande huvudgata där du kan prova ett annat café varje dag i veckan.

EN BLOCK till Main Beach och bara lite längre till Turners & Whiting (vänster) eller Pippi Beach (höger).

EN BLOCK till golfbanan (anka ner bakkanten) eller bakkörfältet, sväng höger så kommer du på bowlinggrön.

Efter en dag med att vara ute och gå kan du gå uppför kullen för att släcka din törst på Pacific Hotel som har en av de bästa utsikterna i Australien eller helt enkelt kasta en biff på BBQ outbacken och koppla av / varva ner i "Yamba Time".

Detta är en helt inhägnad HUNDVÄNLIG egendom, alla fyra ben med familj är mycket välkomna, stora eller små.

Maximalt antal hundar tillåtet är 2. Din hund (er) måste vara avlägsna, loppebehandlade och vaccinerade (vi har grannar med hundar).

Husets konfiguration:

Great location

Well appointed classic beach fibro - we all had a great time including our senior dog. Easy walk to shops and quick stroll to beach.

Great location so close to restaurants, brewery, cafes and beaches. Host is very good and communicates well. House is awesome and is breezy and well kept has everything you need in holiday rental

Our stay

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is comfortable, close to most things and an easy walk. And our dogs loved being there too. Our host Ruth was very helpful and lovely.

Unbeatable location

Fantastic property right in the heart of Yamba - one block from the beach, shops and playground, and yet the road itself isn't too noisy. The house is very spacious - a large living area with comfortable couch, downstairs area with a pool table, and a large fenced yard for our dog. Beds were very comfortable too. Ruth was a great host - communicated with us easily about check in / check out.

Dog Friendly

Greta to be able to have the dogs enjoy the holiday as well. Back rooms, could do with blinds to try and keep the sun out.

Perfect location

The location is perfect. Short walk to river, surf beaches, off lead dog friendly beach, as. well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Great Property Amazing Location

Our little family including our two furkids thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent here and we've booked again. Being able to walk to EVERYTHING in Yamba is great. Remember though that the house is like a bare boat rental, there is no linen (unless requested) and no food, oli, salt, sugar, coffee or tea in the cupboards. BYO dishwasher tablets, dish liquid and garbage bags. We were a bit out of practice so a quick trip to Coles was required. A great games room downstairs left us rather addicted to table tennis. Loved our break and love Yamba!

Fabulous clean house close to everything Yamba has to offer. Loved our stay!

Comfortable house

Although the house is old it provided all we needed, the table tennis table was a hit. Also a nice garden for our dog. A few maintenance issues and a lawn that was long, also a busy road , but otherwise the house was in a central position and easy to live in.

Fantastic beach house

Ample well lit space. Well located clean and classic with the right amount of beach house nostalgia. Clean and well cared for. Great ping pong table and back yard - we hope to be back.

Great location.

Great location. Very cute house with a huge dog friendly enclosed yard. Ruth was lovely. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Gypsy our dog loved the place too.

Home away from Home

We were very pleased with our stay, this lovely little beach house had everything that you could possibly need and more. It was so close to town that we only took the car out once during our weeks stay. It was walking distance to lovely dog friendly cafes, the beach. Super dog friendly, our dog loved her stay too.

Very clean, great location, awesome back yard.

Great property and has everything you need for a great stay in Yamba. Nice big living room and fantastic back yard. Can get hot...until the afternoon breeze comes through. Would be good to have some blinds in the dining room to help bock out some of the westerly sun. No complaints though it was great thanks Ruth.

Close to everything

Great place for the family and pooch, really well appointed with three good bedrooms ( aircon in the main bedroom) with fans in all areas. Downstairs table tennis table got a workout and a big backyard and bbq area. Very close to town , golf club , bowling club, restaurants and a short walk to the town beaches ( whitting and turners) so could not fault it. Thanks to Ruth for being a great host and we hope to come back at some stage as border closures made us cut short our holiday.

Perfect Aussie Christmas

We spent a week at #35 and it was so relaxing. With three young children and our old dog, it was the perfect location. An easy walk to shops and cafes for little legs, and an equally easy walk to different swim spots and the iconic hotel for sunset drinks. The house was well equipped and we were able to prepare a complete Christmas meal and we enjoyed the BBQ, table tennis and spacious living room. We would all love to stay again - especially if we can have the same spectacular weather ;)

Great location

Older styled home, very clean and tidy and in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Golf club and Bowling club just a few streets away. Only a short 5 minute drive to dog beach, which is excellent . Ruth was very helpful and accommodating.

Great location and great host

Ruth is great to deal with and very easy going. The house is in a fabulous location where you can leave the car and walk. It’s very spacious. It can get quite hot in the middle of the day so we will take another Fan next time. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful house for all the family

Perfect position close to shops. Just a short walk to beaches. The house was clean and roomy and the outdoor setting and BBQ were a cool place to retreat in the afternoon. We also enjoyed all the board games and table tennis.

Wonderful holiday option

35 Yamba St is a great holiday home in a great location.. full stop. Dog friendly is the icing on the cake. We have stayed three times and loved every one of our holidays there. Thanks again Ruth.

Perfect location, central to everything

Great property - neat, tidy with all amenities needed for a great holiday with the fur babies. Within walking distance to everything one requires for a family beach holiday. 5 - 10 minute walk to 2 off leash dog beaches, a hop skip and jump to cafes, restaurants and pub. We could not have imagined a more perfect location to stay. We recommend this property - give it a go, you will not be disappointed!!! Sure you may find something more modern but for location and price point personally we wouldn't stay anywhere else especially with our fur babies being allowed indoors
