This cozy apartment all renovated it’s right at the beach and can be added to the 3 bedrooms house Vrbo listing #458654 or rented separated. It is perfect for families , couples or friends get a way. It’s equipment with everything you will need , included beach towels , beach chairs and 1 umbrella . Sip your coffee or wine listening to the ocean sounds and enjoying the sunsets , take long walks at the beach , visit the turtle center and relax !

Quiet and comfortable

Nice location. Nice outdoor space. Property owner was quick to answer questions and fix issues. Cute little studio apartment.

Beach Front Navarre, FL

A very nice quaint cottage connected to other properties. Directly on the beach, with beach access. However, we were awoken in the middle of the morning at 2:30 AM by some large vermin, possom, racoon or nutria rat within the walls. It was scratching vehemently and we thought it any moment it would come through the ceiling on the wall.

Beach access

We loved our stay!! We have stayed twice now at this property. We love the ease of beach access, you simply walk out of your back door and a few short feet and you are on the beach. The owners are great to work with and very nice. We will be back for sure.

Couples Retreat

perfect for a couple! a quaint studio that has been newly redone, you can tell The porch is great but I did miss not having a second level for beach views while staying at the condo during rain, etc. You do not get beach views from the porch. The dogs being allowed was great! The host is very responsive and gives great welcome instuctions and checkout list to do's.

Great location and perfect for two

Great experience! Just steps from the beach and perfect for two people. Heads up though, it’s on the bottom and the floors are thin. You can hear basically everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. The refrigerator went out on us but the host took great care of us and was quick to respond to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay overall 🙂

a near perfect beach trip

this was a cute little space. all updated AMd clean. it is a downstairs space. AMd yes. the upstairs rental holds a lot more people. if they were loud. you might be bothered. but my only issue was no ɗesignated parking for the unit. AMd upstairs took all of it. but i just parked AMd blocked them in AMd left a note. problem solved. I'm trying now to rent again. even altering my vacation dates so as to Rent here again. I'm a lone traveler w my pet. i felt safe. very comfortable. there was everything i could have needed to just be at home. walk óut AMd enjoy the beach. next time. i provably won't even move my car until i leave to come home. it really was perfect.perct perfect fit mPaulus

Beach front condo

Very old. Wasn’t aware there were people staying in area above , shared same entry way. Sounded like a herd of elephants stomping above our heads. There were cockroaches and ants. The combination washer/dryer is a joke. Takes 4 hours to dry 4 towels. The only good thing about this place is it is steps from the beach. It really needs to be renovated and have pest control .

Great stay

Had the opportunity for a short staycation. As a local, wanted somewhere on the beach and this was very affordable and just a great location. The host was very responsive and I was very pleased with the stay and the experience and will certainly rebook in the future.

Perfect location BEACHFRONT!

Beachfront, toes in the sand right out the vack door. Do i need to say anything else? Back deck very apacious and mostly covered. Great little dog yard and security lights which helped at night. Well appointed and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time on the.beach or out on the deck unless we were sleeping. Nice large new grill and table with chairs for dining al fresco! Owner is a fantastic and responsive host. We will absolutely be back!

Unpleasant Awakenings

When I booked this stay nearly a year ago and with the original email for my reservation, it said pets are welcome and mentioned nothing about pet fees or notifying them about animals. We showed up with our two 8 lb dogs and the lady was very angry that we had not let them know about the dogs and said we were supposed to let them know and then proceeded to try charging us a pet fee even though after looking up the new reservation it NOW mentions a pet fee, but not when I created the reservation. When we arrived the entire front of the driveway was filled with trash due to what seemed to be a remodeling project taking place during our stay. EVERY single morning we were awaken between 7-8 am by the owner's dogs barking and remodeling work being done. It was impossible to sleep in. First time booking with VRBO and don't plan to again.

Location is the Only Plus

Hate to say it but the only plus about this place is the location, the beach is steps from the back door. When we pulled up to the condo outside of the front door was an old mattress, an old stove, an old door and a few other pieces of junk. The garbage can smelled like something died in it and every time the wind blew the smell was overpowering and it was windy everyday! We knew we were in trouble the minute we pulled up. Thankfully the inside was clean, no bugs but the AC was set to 50 so it was freezing. The bathroom rod wouldn't stay up and there were no hooks to hang up towels. The twin bed with the trundle was broken in two places so every time my kid moved in the night the squeak and rattle of the bed woke me up. The outside deck had a few pieces of rusty old furniture and a wooden table and chairs that belongs inside. There is no beach umbrella like advertised so bring your own and bring your own beach chairs because the ones they offer probably would fall apart if someone sits in them. Owners definitely need to spend a few dollars on the place.

Worst experience I've ever had in a rental

Upon arrival, we saw a mattress, stove and other random items stacked on the entryway Inside, the sheets were covered with black hair. Called the owner had cleaning lady come change the sheets. While on the phone with her, my husband, who is of average size, sat down on a patio chair and it collapsed, as it was rusted all the way through. When the cleaning lady came in with her young son, both in pajamas, the boy walked around my suite coughing all over everything. No English so I didn't even bother to say anything. No use. Next morning, we started noticing multiple health and safety issues both inside and outside the rental. Inside, the front door had a gap about an inch wide at the bottom and could see outside, the kitchen table and chairs were shaky and the vents appeared mold around them. Outside, table legs were rusted and chairs were covered in years of handprints, new grill but didn't bother to remove rusted one. A pile of broken lattice hanging from strings between that and the neighbors. The chair my husband fell through the night before was part of a set with small table; all completely rusted and very dangerous. Rusted hooks in multiple places, just at head height for an adult. Advertised with beach chairs(rusted), umbrella(none) and beach towels(cheap) Deck above very shaky when occupied. Terrible condition and dangerous basically everywhere you looked. I have pictures. Not happy at all with our experience!

This could be a cute place, but needs an abundance of TLC!

First impressions are lasting. Drove up driveway to see an old mattress, an old range and numerous other items that should have been discarded before renters arrive. Inside, again first impressions were ugh. Needs paint, doors and woodwork appear to have never been cleaned. Fixtures and bedding clean and comfortable. Floor was clean. Keurig coffee maker had water in it, no filter and again in need of care. We came in and it was 54* and very uncomfortable for awhile. Noisy from upstairs unit past 10pm was so loud—they were running and jumping. We are excellent guest that take care of the places we stay. So much potential but such a disappointment. Definitely not worth the price.

back pain

slept on a old worn out mattress and experienced severe back pain. mattress was replaced but I still experienced severe back pain the entire 4 weeks I was there.Also killed 6 roaches (palmetto bugs) in the apartment.

Pristine, beautiful, convenient, can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful suite! Everything was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and smelled great. The kitchen is fully stocked. perfect for a few people to enjoy intimate meals. We could walk right out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The kids enjoyed making s’mores on the fire pit. It’s easy to bike around the island during the day and the gas station is stocked with your basic grocery needs. Our family will definitely come back next year to get away from the cold again.

Ended up leaving early....

Let me start by saying that this place would have been better suited for a couple or a single person on vacation. According to the listing, there were 2 bathrooms and a king sleeper, twin sleeper and a futon. When we arrived, there was a twin bed with a trundle and a king bed, one bathroom, and very limited space for movement. I came with my family which includes 2 children. There was absolutely nowhere for them to just hang out inside. The chairs at the table were very rickety and tumbled over several times. There was no stove, only a cook top. The only stove we saw was a broken down one sitting outside in the parking area. The grill outside looked terrible, covered in rust and the burners looked like they were in bad shape. We never used it due to its poor conditions. The fire pit area was trashed and there was debri all in the sand. My husband cut his foot wide open on the concrete stepping stones that were hidden under the sand on the way to the back gate. The gate wouldnt close properly, so we had to do our best to secure it before allowing the dog out. There were several bugs inside when we arrived. One of which was a large roach above the shower. The back porch had rusted hooks and screws sticking up out of the boards. And you could hear every sound from the upstairs unit which made it difficult to rest at night. The bed was worn and very uncomfortable which contributed to our inability to get a good rest. We ended up leaving 2 days early!

Fantastic Escape

We loved everything about this place, except the beds. Great location, beautiful area and perfect space for my husband and I, and our small dogs. The deck was fantastic and loved having a space for the dogs to be! The downside was the bed was the only place to watch tv or recline without a couch and it has seen better days. I was unable get a full nights sleep due to the worn uncomfortable mattress. Even tried sleeping on the daybed, but it was no better. We also replaced the batteries in the ceiling fan and Roku remote as they weren’t working upon arrival. Owner response was slow about issues and didn’t offer any assistance for lack of working fan. Despite these issues we still had a wonderful time.
