Cette propriété est située à 2 miles à l'ouest du pont de la plage de Navarre et est directement sur la plage! Chambre 2-4 ont des lits King, la chambre 1 est une suite King avec un canapé-lit et une causeuse. La suite dispose également d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une sortie dédiée à la plage. Toutes les chambres disposent de la télévision directe. Apportez uniquement vos salles de bain ... pour cette maison de ville a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la plage; chaises de plage, parasols, jouets, glaciÚres ........
**** Notez que les jouets de plage, ..... sont considérés comme des équipements. Les qualités de ces équipements sont soumises aux conditions météorologiques et à l'utilisation par d'autres locataires. Ils ne sont pas garantis! Je fais de mon mieux pour maintenir ces éléments.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! We loved the property! Steep stairs were a killer. Lol But other than that we loved it!! We will stay here again!!

The location was ideal, the views stunning and beach access was easy. The house is well arranged for a family group. Watch the step down into the living area! Entry into the house was difficult- we finally figured out you have to pull the door hard toward you while entering the code and hold it tight til the green lights then quickly turn the knob. The deck door would not unlock on arrival. Someone came to fix it but didn't bring a battery. We bought a battery and changed it so that door could be used. The seating in the dining and living room are well worn, cushions bottom out - not comfortable. Fortunately we had good weather and could be outside.

We enjoyed this place. It is right on the beach just have to walk over the dunes. It has plenty of room for the whole family.

Nice and Quiet

Close to the beach, great views, great matresses and pillows on beds. Quiet neighborhood and beaches were not overcrowded. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay here.

Good but not great

I do not like to give bad reviews unless they are deserved so this is not a bad review but things renters should know. We had a problem with the door not locking-the shower knob fell off-fitted sheets did not fit for the bed upstairs-couple pillowcases were dirty-they need more pillowcases for the extra beds-also need more towels. Not supplying toilet paper, extra trash bags, paper towels and dish soap are all basics that should be part of the rental, I would think. It was really nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and so close to the beach.

Great location and everything was there we needed plus more!

Our family vacation was a huge success and we loved the house! The location was priceless, the inside of the house was clean and had amenities that were just great! Only down fall was the wahing machine and dryer did not properly work but we made due and just enjoyed our stay!

Quick Beach Getaway

Short but lovely stay at the beach. The location was ideal. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. I love to cook and they had a good selection utensils. Plenty of towels and linens. We plan to rent again this summer!

Paradise

Lenora was helpful and worked through all of our issues. Two of the bedrooms you do not have Roku you have to stream through a DVD or watch a movie. The rooms don’t actually have double beds they have a twin and a trundle bed. She has corrected the site from saying a King and 2 doubles. Watch out for the extra person charges, they are not supposed to charge you this charge if they advertise 12 and you have 12. But Leonora worked with us and made things right.

Absolutely perfect!

This was a last minute trip from Mississippi and we could not have been more pleased! The layout was absolutely perfect. It was way more than expected and we did not need to bring anything but ourselves. We could not have asked for a better experience. We WILL be back!

Perfect Family Rental

This property worked perfect for our family. We did add the lower unit to accommodate all 11 of us. We all could have privacy when needed, but could enjoying family time together, too. I will say the new stacking washer and dryer unit was a pleasant surprise and worked fantastic!! We will definitely return!

Nice stay

We enjoyed ourselves. A few items need attention, the dryer takes all day to dry your clothes and the air conditioning never cooled the house down. Thankfully we were there in the spring and not the summer. A few other small things but nothing to ruin our stay! We would go again.

Good place but have stayed in better

It is hard to beat staying on the beach. This place shares the address with a suite below which makes parking difficult. The house and beds are good but there are a few things that could be fixed to make the place nicer (dryer can’t open all the way, door upstairs is rotting, guard rail wires are loose and have gaps). Overall it is completely fine but could have some things fixed up.

Beachfront townhome

This is our 5th year coming to Navarre. Having the beach in your back yard is the best. The house was clean and as described. Some updates could be done but we were there for the beach. The deck is large and great to sit outside at night and listen to the waves. Plenty of beach chairs and accessories. If your have neighbors downstairs you will share some areas, including the outdoor shower/garden hose area to wash the sand off. That isn’t listed on the shared spaces. Overall we had a great stay!

Fabulous Large Family Getwaway

This newly renovated townhouse was a perfect fit for our family. Everything was fresh and clean with a great view of the ocean. The two bedrooms on the top floor worked perfectly for my husband and myself with our little ones. Grandma and grandpa had their own space on the main level and our teens took over the bedroom on the lower level. Our family enjoyed not only the beach, but being able to sit around comfortably as a family in the livingroom together in the evenings. This property is right on the beach, so if we forgot something when we headed out, we could just pop back in and get it. For those times when we were preparing meals or the adults just wanted to relax, the little ones could play in the sand in the fenced area by the house without having to worry about them. Highly recommend this place to my friends looking for a comfortable, affordable beach getaway.

Great location disappointing accommodations

Condo is in a super location but was not accurate in description. Outdoor patio area would have been a great place to hangout but was filled with clutter and overgrown grass around fire pit. Air conditioning was difficult to set where You weren’t freezing in the living area and sweating upstairs. The washing machine was in a convenient location but sounded like an airplane engine when in use. Internet went out due to thunderstorms in the area and remained out for the following three days . The overall cleanliness of was below standard. Shower curtains looked like they had never been washed, sheets were thin and worn but mattress in upstairs bedroom was comfortable. We would not stay here again.

I take great provide in making this Townhouse feel like home and not a rental. The cross over is only 20 yards away. If your looking for the vacation hussle, Pensacola is a 15 minute drive through the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

All Bedrooms have King size beds with a private bath.. The first floor room ( you can add this suite to your rental, fee applied )is a king suite that is 24 ft x 16 ft. It has a doble twin beds and a roll off bed .Parking for 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a trailer not exceed 28 ft.

Bring only your bathing suites... for this townhouse has everything your need to enjoy the beach; beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, .....
**** Note that the beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas , internet and cable are considered an extra courtesy . The qualities of these amenities are subject to weather conditions and use by other renters. They are not guaranteed! I do my best to maintain these items.
