Walk to Coeur d'Alene Resort and Golf course (known for its infamous floating green). Whether you’re taking a stroll around the boardwalk, hiking on Tubbs Hill, or watching the kids play at Fort Sherman Playground or splash on the splash pad at McEuen Park, you’ll love that you can get around without a vehicle. Atlas dog park runs along the Spokane River/water fun for you and your pup!

You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with upgraded appliances including a gas stove and quartz countertops. The indoor kitchen dining area seats 8 guests. Outdoor dining offers seating for 10+. This home also offers a full size washer dryer.

Plenty of off street parking & one additional parking space in the back which can accommodate 2 cars and most boat trailers.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a most comfortable queen bed and the 3rd upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds . There are two bathrooms in the home, one upstairs and one located downstairs—beautifully restored claw foot tub available for your R&R.

When you’re not out exploring Coeur d’Alene, you can gather in the large fully fenced and beautifully illuminated backyard. This area is complete with a hot tub, outdoor dining tables, BBQ , fire pit with rocking chairs, and more than enough room for the kids—and/or pups—to run around.
