Esta casa recién remodelada de 1919 se encuentra en el corazón del distrito histórico de Garden. A solo 4 cuadras de la avenida Sherman. para ir de compras, cenar y entretenerse. Súbete a una de las bicicletas de crucero de playa y dirígete al lago. Nuestra casa ofrece el entorno de patio trasero perfecto para familiares y amigos. Bañera de hidromasaje, barbacoa y fogata, kayaks, tabla de paddle y cruceros por la playa, ¡todo para que disfrutes e incluido en el precio! La remodelación de la cocina estará terminada para el 15 de diciembre, publicaremos nuevas imágenes pronto. Comuníquese con cualquier pregunta que pueda tener. Queremos que sea una experiencia relajante en casa / ¡No podemos esperar a que nos visite!

We had an amazing stay. The house was warm and welcoming. We felt both at home and on vacation. The resources about the area were spot on and the amenities in the house were perfect for my family. I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Our hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. The home is lovely and is furnished with everything you would eant or need. This property was all all the rave during our “Girls Gone Mild” bachelorette weekend. Growing up here, Garden District was always the neighborhood everyone admired for the clean old design and each one of us ladies would have loved to be there. This house did not disappoint! From the charming decor and well stoked (and labeled) rooms, we were in for a treat! The hosts were lovely and handled our over-hyped communication style with ease. Blocks from downtown, you are sure to get your fill of everything CDA has to offer while having a very unique and intimate place to come back too.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There were many extra touches in the home that sets it miles ahead of most vacation rentals. The space itself was very inviting and the outdoor space was fantastic for dining outside. We had 3 little kids in our group and they all enjoyed the space as well. Location is prime.

Wedding Weekend with Family

We were 6 adults and a black lab. We had a family wedding weekend at the resort. We preferred to stay at your VRBO so we could have quality family time under one roof. The attention to detail in this home is amazing. Thank you so much for the use of this beautiful home.

This is a wonderful house. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I stayed here for a week. Everything was spotless. The beds are so comfy. Wonderful house so easy to communicate with the hosts . Would not hesitate to recommend. Would definitely book again

Amazing House!

We rented this property for a Birthday/Girls trip weekend. I was perfect! Everything you could ever need was at the house. Plus extras, like a hot tub and igloo enclosure with heater. The house was warm and cozy, the rooms had wonderful beds and a ton of room. Everything was in walking distance from the house. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house and will be visiting again!

Great property

Beautiful older style home, we were only able to stay for one night but the kitchen was fully stocked (loved the many coffee options/amenities). Might be hard for some to go up and down the stairs however a bed can be made downstairs. Igloo was so cute and we ordered a smores board that topped the experience. Highly recommend staying here with friends and family it was a perfect place to celebrate my friend and Is 29th birthday. Wished we were able to stay longer than one day. Very comfy home and host went over and beyond

Our favorite stay yet

We have been staying in vacation rentals for years and this by far has been our absolute favorite. The house is absolutely beautiful with charming details in every room. When I say this house felt like home, I absolutely mean it. Samantha was so kind and considerate, she knew we had an infant and was sure to leave out all the necessities from a pack and play to baby monitors, and the most adorable little ducky bath towel! The coffee bar was delightful, we felt spoiled. The property is inviting and cozy and made traveling with a bunch of kids feel like a treat. I can’t express enough how in love we are with this house and how much we appreciate the hospitality of Samantha. We cannot wait to come again!

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

Samantha was great to work with and had the place set up so cute! Amazing!

We highly recommend this house. Samantha decorates it so cute and vintage and has so many other perks like the kayaks, coolers, chairs, bikes, etc. she even tailors it to the age of the kids that are staying there with the set up! Amazing!

I cannot say enough how much we truly enjoyed our stay! Samantha and her daughter were so kind and so easy to talk with. They gave us the best ideas on what to do in the area as well! Thought of EVERYTHING!

We had such a wonderful stay at Samantha's property! She is just such an incredible hostess. The home oozes with charm and is tastefully decorated from top to bottom. There is not one detail Samantha didn't think of when creating this cozy and inviting space for her guests. From s'more kits and a fully stocked coffee/espresso bar to luxurious throw blankets and oversized pillows, she really thought of everything. We look forward to booking with her again next time we're in CDA!

Beautiful home with incredible attention to detail. Had pleasure of meeting owner and so enjoyed her. Our kindergarten (from 1965) reunion was great. A wonderful visit in a gorgeous place with every amenity!
