Newly remodeled family home less than 1 mile from the waterfall.

This home offers convinces to the waterfall, shopping, restaurants and bars.

Come enjoy 4 separate bedrooms each with a comfy brand new queen-size memory foam mattress.

[The Space]
1st floor bedroom boasts an en suite with it's own private bathroom and handicap accessible double wide shower.

Additional 3 bedrooms upstairs have plenty of natural light.

Kitchen and living room are large enough to gather your friends and family around the over sized island.

1 free off street parking spot next to the house. And, free on-street parking for subsequent vehicles.

All of the nature and trail pictures were taken from the new path at the end of the street. I went down river about an mile and stopped every so often to snap another picture

When cooking, please turn the fan on. We try to keep the scent of various spices to a minimum. This means: ABSOLUTELY NO curry, fried fish or similar.

Convenient and clean

This house was perfect for 5 adults. It is close to Niagara Falls attractions while still being in a neighborhood instead of commercial district. Mike is great at communication and eager to help with anything. The only drawback was we couldn't find more than 2 table knives 😄

Family Vacation.

The stay was wonderful! Parking for more then two vehicles I would consider difficult. Two blocks over the neighborhood was rough but the block the house is on is decent. Location in comparison to the falls is perfect! Over all the house was clean but definitely could use some updating(ie doors and some of the floors). The walls definitely could use a wash. Mike was a great and communicative host! Over all wonderful experience!

Convenient Location to the Falls and Casino!

The check in process was quick and easy. Mike and Kylie were easily reachable for any and all issues. The location of the property was conveniently close to the Falls and State Park which made traveling back and forth a breeze. The property offered ample amounts of space to accommodate the 5 of us. Over all a good weekend.

Convenient but dirty

The photos make this place look nice. But they don’t show the rear entryway which has a broken door with holes in the wood and the front entryway past the door which is in poor condition. The house was not very clean- living furniture soiled but beds were comfortable the one night we stayed. On top of it, we found cockroaches during our stay the first morning. I am allergic to cockroaches. The owner originally said she would work with me. But after, since I couldn’t “prove” that there were at least three in the upstairs bathroom (we disposed of them), she wouldn’t honor her original commitment to partially refund me. I couldn’t find any alternate places to stay for our large party, so we just stayed out of the house all day and cut our trip short. The surrounding area doesn’t seem safe also though the location is within 7 min of the Falls. They also have a cat that tries to get into the house from both rear and front entries every time you open a door. Again, with cat allergies, this was not helpful. Never would stay again and ruined our Falls experience.

House in slum area

House was average cleaned, 3 garbage bags were left for 8 people eating in. Most pots and pans we not in good shape. No bowls for mixing. Owners are not overly friendly. I left an item behind, they wanted more to ship it then it was worth, plus’s requested I tip his cleaning crew outrageously for taking my item to post office. Back door not secure. Told us there was parking. Construction was taking place in his house out back when we arrived. Asked not to park in lot. Construction company needed driveway, however they never came the three days we were there. RENTERS Beware

Owner is great!

My family and I stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2021. We don’t cook while on vacation and made plans to spend Thanksgiving day in Canada. The owner helped walk me through the COVID requirements and was so responsive. Great guy.

Location

Mike the host was amazing always quick to reply and answer any questions. The location of the house is amazing one mile from the falls. The neighborhood doesn't look safe however we didn't have any issues. The house is comfortable and some places inside are very clean but others need a little more attention. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Getaway To The Falls

Great Hosts - Great location for area attractions

My husband, daughter and six grandchildren enjoyed Mike and Kylie's excellent hosting. They were VERY helpful with information and made sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was flawless, house location just perfect for all of the activities on our agenda. With nine of us in the house we all had space and were very comfortable. We were very appreciative to find this VRBO.

Perfect location

Owner was wonderful; beds were so comfy and it was close to soooo much. Perfect size for our group. Beautiful walking trails close and with a short drive! If you’re visiting the Falls and don’t want the hotel experience, this is ideal.
