Newly renovated and styled open concept home. Open kitchen with eat in dining seating 12. Two spacious full master bathrooms. Two extra rooms, one with a bunk bed with trundle and a bedroom with a full bed with trundle . Also an extra full bathroom. Living room has a pull out couch and theres a spacious family room . TV s in all rooms, family room, wifi and a heated private pool. The condominium has a theater room, game room, pool with bar, playground and tennis courts. Closed, private and secure condominium, Terra Verde Resort.

This property fit our needs well.BUT, the communication with property manager/owner was very disappointing. Midweek the key code to the front door stopped working. Messaged via the VRBO app our situation and there was no response. Called VRBO and their friendly staffed tried to get ahold of the property owner via 2 different phone numbers. One they had to leave a message and the other had a mailbox that was full. Over 2 hours later the property manager replied via the app with a new code. No apology No offer of compensation No reply after giving us a new code. I am thankful that our situation was just locked out, but what if there was an emergency?

Terra Verde we will miss you

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Easy check in with security. Very friendly staff throughout the resort.Excellent communication with our host, making sure everything was as we expected. The home was clean and the pool was the perfect temperature for us.The resort offers many activities we weren’t able to fit it all in. It exceeded our expectations. Will return again.

Check in was an absolute shambles as we were not given a code for the door prior to arrival. Had to spend the first night in a hotel as neither myself or Vrbo could get hold of the owner. Promised a refund for the first night but yet to receive it and now the owner is no longer replying to any messages. The villa itself was nice but had a few issues. There were no outdoor cushions for the sun loungers and chairs as pictured in the listing. Told they had been damaged and new ones ordered but nothing turned up in the two weeks we were there. Outdoor pool area could have been cleaner and tidier, furniture very tired looking. Problems with plumbing in the kitchen - when the dishwasher was turned on water and bits of food came up through the main sink which was disgusting. One of the bathroom sinks also kept getting blocked. Cleaner also came at 10am on the last day but I was told in the one email I had that check out was 11am. In general very poor communication with out of date information and some TLC needed on the villa for repairs.

I fell in love with the property due to its spaciousness, the private pool and the dual masters. I knew this home had a lot of potential. The fact that its a resort and has tons of amenities was what really sold me.

What makes this property unique

This home has been redone from top to bottom with fun, modern furnishings. The home has new appliances and A/C. Everything was thought through. We wanted every corner to be beautiful; from the flooring to the paint. Each bathroom and room has its own personality.
The resort has amazing amenities like a gym, sauna, fitness center, theater, game room, playground, tennis courts and an amazing pool with bar.
