Beautiful Bay Front Location to Relax and Enjoy Mission Beach!

2 bedroom, 2 bath quiet bay front condo. Walking distance to ocean, shops and many of the areas best restaurants. Centrally located to Sea World, San Diego Zoo and La Jolla. This property has been in our family for years. All the amenities are available including Wifi and Cable. The bayside location has a grassy area for entertaining and Mission Bay Sports Center across the bay has sail boats and stand up paddle boards for rent. Parking available for 2 cars with garage.

Great place, great location - we could see our kids playing on the beach from the balcony and could yell at them (and they could hear and ignore us). Has everything you need for a week at the beach in the unit. Will stay here again next time we come to San Diego.

The property is well located and was clean, but I was expecting to have the first floor and adjoining porch as part of the unit and it is not clear that it is not part of the unit from the photo promoting the property. Having that porch would have made the unit and stay much better.

Holiday stay

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in San Diego for Christmas. The location is awesome. We walked 1 block to the coffee shop on the corner almost every morning, and took walks along Mission Bay and the beach. The unit was clean and well-stocked. Parking is pretty tight but our rental car had no problems.

Perfect Location

This was a great location, within short walking distance to the beach and eateries. The balcony had a great view of the bay, definitely a perk. Everyone in the area is respectful as far as noise level around 9pm which was nice. The unit itself had good amount of space for our needs and comes with good amount of supplies such as towels, bed linens, kitchen equipment. Some aspects were a little outdated and the bathrooms could do with sprucing up, but overall it was clean. Andrea, the owner of the unit, was helpful and responded within a timely manner, no issues there. The only major drawback is parking and lack of it. However, this is just the Mission Beach as a whole. If , like us you have a bigger SUV…. Be prepared, as it can be even more challenging.

Loved the location! The best was watching the sunrise on the balcony, and so easy to walk down the alleyway to the beach for the sunset. So close to everything. Cute condo too! Will definitely stay again if we get back to San Diego!

My stay

We wanted a single level condo that would be accessible for a wheel chair. We got a unit up stairs that was 2 stories with the bathrooms up stairs. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. But the vertical blinds didn't work properly in the bedrooms. Privacy was an issue. The directions to obtain the gate key from the garage didn't specify where the garage keypad was clearly enough. But contact with our point of contact was easy and clarified the keypad location. All in all, it was a very nice stay with literally 2 steps away from the bay. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The beach is literally a five minute walk across the street. I'd recommend this place but to make clear your requirements for your stay.
