Nice big house, very comfortable and had everything you could need.Nice pool but too cold to use.Location was good only 10 mins drive to Surfers.

The house was very comfortable and well-suited to a family. Outdoor area was lovely, and the pool was very clean.It was very pet-friendly and close to a shopping centre and a park. Although it has minimal heating in the living areas, there are plenty of throw rugs available. A couple of minor disappointments were that we expecting a dryer as one is listed in the amenities, but there was not one on site, and we asked about a portacot and were told there wasnt one. We hired a cot, which was an additional expense and had it delivered only to find there was one in the bedroom cupboard.

Quiet family and pet friendly home in great location

Our family and 2 small dogs enjoyed a comfortable stay at Benowa for 6 nights. The yard was secure for our dogs and the location was excellent, a short drive to beaches and attractions for the kids, and a short walk to Coles and the Botanic Gardens for a morning coffee. The house was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay.

This is not as advertised accommodation for 5 forcing a member of party to sleep on the floor

One room had a divan with sponge mattress Shorter 1.65m X .92 w Divan .88 m w X 1.86 Mattress Normal single bed is 1900 long I would like a refund of payment for the 5 th persons Stay of $200.00 and this does not address the dis comfort of our persons stay sleeping on the floor!

Nice place with a few minor issues

This really is a two bedroom house with two queen sized beds. To suggest that the third "bed" is actually a "bed" is a bit disingenuous and doesn't make for a comfortable sleep for the poor soul that ends up in that room (which, as the photos show, isn't actually a "room" - i.e. no door and opening looking out to the dining room and kitchen). An otherwise very clean house, although most of the curtains don't work (older bamboo blinds that are a bit mouldy and have to be raised and lowered by hand as the cords are broken). The internet is also not great as it dropped out regularly. Overall, a good stay, relatively close to everything.

Was a great location to holiday for a week.

Perfect, was close to everything we wanted to do, the worlds and surfers. The only problem that we found is that the listing stated a dryer and there was not one at the property. With 4 of us and a little rain, made it difficult.

Dry quiet and relaxing, a beautiful property to rest and recharge

Lovely house that was in excellent condition. Loved the layout, the pool and the furnishings- it felt very homely. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and it was an excellent place to unwind. Very secure for our dog. The pool was very private. We didn’t even miss the beach! Easy access to Surfers Paradise for dinner, and Pacific Fair for some shopping. We hope to visit again.
