Très joli séjour à Aigubelette

À part la propreté de l’appartement et de la vaisselle, nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet appartement. La salle de bain est un peu spartiate mais la terrasse est idéale pour manger midi et soir. Et le voisinage très sympathique. Et pouvoir se rendre à la petite plage à pied est génial ! Des randos partent aussi du lieu. La communication avec Joelle était facile.

Seul le cadre ne fait pas tout!

La propriété se situe dans un cadre magnifique avec une superbe vue sur le lac et à flanc de montagne. L´appartement en lui-même n´est pas bien entretenu et pas trés propre. Mais ce qui a été extrêmenent désagréable furent les travaux de gros oeuvres juste en desssous de l´appartement pendant 4 jours!!! Nous avons eu d´énormes nuisances sonores (perceuse, transports de gravats, marteau piqueur...). La propiétaire n´a pas été trés coopérative et de mauvaise fois. Elle savait que des travaux allaient avoir lieu et a fait preuve de négligence. Après marchandage, je n´ai même pas pu récupérer la moitié de la somme que j´avais versée pour la location. Au delà des dommages de stress créés ce fut une expérience humaine trés décevante.

bien agréable tranquille bien situé

logement correct trés bien pour des vacances il ne manquait rien en ustensiles de cuisine bien apprécié d avoir un four et surtout un lave linge les pièces étaient correct on a surtout apprécié la terrasse couverte avec vue sur lac je recommande
