EL ESPACIO:
La FAMILY ROOM es un concepto abierto con un cómodo sofá cama Queen, además de un loveseat para muchos asientos. Disfrute de la TV SMART de 55 "con 75 canales de cable mientras se relaja.

La planta baja ofrece 1/2 BAÑO para una limpieza rápida al entrar.

COCINA completamente surtida, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y mostradores de granito, y electrodomésticos como cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, etc.

El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 6, MÁS 3 taburetes para comer en el mostrador.

Dos GRANDES BALCONES AMUEBLADOS (uno en cada nivel) con vista al mar y a la piscina.

Arriba encontrará 2 DORMITORIOS AMPLIOS con BAÑOS COMPLETOS EN SUITE.

The condo was a dream vacation rental. All of the amenities were accessible- towels, beach toys, pool noodles plus a full kitchen! The AC units kept the condo comfortable and the washer-dryer availability made life so easy. The furniture was way above your typical IKEA grade and the decor was relaxing and comfortable. Not to mention the gorgeous beach steps away. We would stay here again in as heartbeat.

Great location, great experience

Loved this property. Only issue- there were three of us and only two beach chairs- the manager met me near George Town with a third chair.Check out was very easy- sheets on the bed, towels on the floor, and trash collected from rooms and left in kitchen.

1st South Sound Vacay

The condo was perfect for us introducing family members to Cayman. Its location is perfect for getting to Hurley’s, airport and town. We have been coming to Cayman for over 20 years (always staying in Cayman Kai) but we will definitely stay here again as the condo is so well-equipped For our family to enjoy our vacation!

Caribbean Paradise

Beautiful property with a fantastic view and location. We rented a car and all agreed this is the best location on island to stay. Lots of nearby snorkeling areas and restaurants. Unfortunately I couldn't get anyone in our group to venture out to the shipwreck with me which is directly in front of the condo. The property manager was fantastic, helped us with grocery delivery prior to our arrival, and was super responsive when I mentioned a minor repair issue with towel bar which was loose. Will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you so much for sharing your "Caribbean Paradise" with our family. Carla L.

Fantastic stay

The home and our stay was great. It was really clean and well stocked. The property manager was fantastic and super responsive when we had a very minor a/c issue. The only downside I can think of, is that the current was fairly strong out on the water, which made snorkeling a bit of a challenge. But we were there at the beginning of the rainy season (June), so that was to be expected. There are plenty of other snorkeling spots nearby, so we made use of that time to explore the rest of the island. =) Oh! And the guide book with restaurant/activity recommendations was very helpful. Just one example of a simple touch, that really helped make our visit memorable. Would not hesitate to stay here again—thank you so much for sharing your home with our family.

Cayman Move

We moved our eldest daughter from Canada to the Cayman Islands for school, my wife her father, my daughter and myself came down for a week and it was wonderful. The island is amazing, the people, the weather and the food are all first-rate. Caribean Paradise was the best part of the trip, beautiful condo, amazing views, wonderful pool and beach, and it is in the perfect location. Recommend it highly, my #1 choice.

Home Away from Home...in Paradise

We had the best, most relaxed, stay at Caribbean Paradise! The unit was clean, spacious and had every possible need (from kitchen utensils, to linens, to snorkeling and beach gear), not to mention the location was absolutely spectacular. You've convinced us to be frequent Cayman visitors and possibly real estate investors. Thank you!

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean, updated, and well-equipped. The steel shipwreck on the reef was a bonus for doing some snorkeling after our dive trips. More marine life here than I expected, including several jawfish, a large barracuda, and a large puffer. The location was very convenient to the Sunset House dive operation and Georgetown. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well-kept. Very quiet here when we visited in early March. Very nice, walkable beach. We basically had the beach to ourselves every afternoon after diving. Our family will not hesitate to stay here again if this unit is available.

Cayman review

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Found the unit comfortable and spacious. A very well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. It was also immaculate! Nice views of the ocean and a very comfortable mattress! The shower in the second bedroom did not work. All in all though, it's a great property.

Perfect location

Great to be back in the same complex we stayed in 22 years ago. Few minutes car ride to everything, but far enough from the cruise ships :)

Great condo

The condo was so spacious and clean. Had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The pool was lovely and never crowded. Had a wonderful view of the ocean and the balconies were a great spot for morning coffee and relaxing. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

Best family vacation we’ve ever taken!

Caribbean Paradise was indescribably perfect for all of our needs. Waking up every morning to the ocean was beautiful, and for our family of six, the condo had enough to comfortably sleep all of us and it had a lot of living space. We loved spending countless hours on the beach, and the snorkeling is amazing out by the shipwreck area! There are tennis courts and there is an amazing pool that was great for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach. The condos are close to touristy places like 7 Mile Beach, Smith Cove (aka Smith Bacardi/ Barricade), which was a family favorite, and spots beach. We recommend doing the Capt. Marvin’s stingray city/starfish point/snorkeling tour because it’s very worth your while! The condo was very well equipped for our 1 week stay. There were many cleaning supplies available, beach equipment, gift certificates and coupons, and there was a catalog for stuff to do while we were on the island. If you are looking for a souvenir, I recommend Capt Marvins, and Fashion Teez has many options, and everything’s converted to USD. Caribbean Paradise is on the perfect side of the Island, and we LOVED everything about it!!

Spring Break

Overall staying here was very enjoyable. The property was nice and had everything we needed. The only drawbacks were we would have to call a taxi everyday to get to where we wanted to go as there is not much to do within walking distance. Additionally, the code we received in the email for the front door was not correct so having to deal with that on our first day after a long day of travel was a bit stressful. That being said, we still had a great time and we’re able to enjoy everything the island had to offer.

Great Location!

Great week at this well appointed condo located on South Sound. We were close enough to Seven Mile Beach to enjoy the restaurants but yet just far enough away to enjoy the quiet beach. Great snorkeling right outside our door!

Great place to stay with young children!

Thank you for providing linens, soap, and paper products! Very very nice given our flying in did not allow us ability to pack much in the way of food, cleaning supplies, etc.
