Overall, my stay was fine, but there were a few drawbacks.The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillow selection was limited. It also seemed like there had been some electrical work done recently—some of the old outlets were not functional. At times, the neighbors next door were loud and arguing, which impacted the overall experience.On the positive side, the location was convenient and close to the airport.

Lovely stay in Las Vegas

My husband & I had a great stay, Ronnie was very communicative, loved that he had snacks & waterBottles as we forgot ours. Home was just as described, loved all the local food options in the area. Close drive to the strip and concert venue. Would definitely be back probably sleep in one of the other bedrooms next time as there is a shared wall between another unit that other guests are in and they were quite loud.

Vegas Wrestling Trip

We came to Vegas so my son and his friend could go to the wrestling event in town. This house was perfect for the event. We each had our own room. The check in process was so easy, and when we had a question for Ronnie, he responded immediately.

Trust issues

Lack of communication don't know if it's on Vrbo or the homeowner. Didn't get any communication till the day of check in. Then it was all important that we check in as soon as possible. Met Ronnie and he gave us some keys and a tour. House is clean and pretty well stocked. Tons of outlets and light switches, hard to figure out what turns on what. Beds are not queens!! More like doubles. The one bathroom is ridiculous for a 3 bedroom house. Also you don't get the entire place to yourself. There are 3 units. The main part which we rented, two end units. The unit by the bathroom was loud every night, blasting music and such. We rented the house for a week. Stayed a few days and traveled to Moab for a couple days then back to this rental. While we were gone someone was in the house and our stuff was stolen. I can't prove that anyone was in there but large items don't just walk away. And I received a text from Ronnie stating that he thanks us for keeping the house clean, that was right after getting back from Moab. The house is close to everything, but I do not trust that we weren't spied on and robbed by the owner. This is my opinion and my review after spending 7 days in this property you do what you want, you've been warned.

Place was clean and furnished well with plenty of seating/tables for entertaining or accommodating bigger parties. Seasonings, bottled water, and kitchen supplied well with dishes, pots, and pans. House is not a stand alone but it was still very privately maintained and there were no issues with other tenants. pansOwner was responsive and pleasant.
