Beautiful waterfront home located in the sought after Suissevale community of Lake Winnipesaukee. This spectacular 4,000 sq. ft home has 6 bedrooms, & 4 1/2 baths with stunning views of the lake from every room. A bright & sunny, gourmet eat-in kitchen is well equipped with center isle, double ovens, warming oven, etc. The dining room table seats 8-10. The private master suite has a large bathroom with double sinks & whirlpool tub. There are 2 living areas, another bedroom on the 1st floor and a large bedroom suite with living room & bath on the lower level. It has a lovely screened in porch with table to seat 8-10. Also a 60 ft. Dock.
Renters have use of another beautiful beach in the nearby Suissevale community, as well as a boat launch, volley ball court, basketball net, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Birch Hill public golf course is only 5 minutes away.
Our calm cove is inviting for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, wake boarding, tubing,
sailing, or waterskiing.There is room for 2-4 boats on the dock. Walk to the Suissevale beach, enjoy sunsets, quaint shops and restaurants in the area. The well known Castle in the Clouds is nearby and has delicious food, hiking trails, and gorgeous views of the lake.

A great escape!

Wonderful family holiday vacation! Margie & Phil's home is in a great (private & peaceful) neighborhood with gorgeous views of the lake. Huge perks of a private dock/beach and screened-in porch. Lake Winnipesaukee Treasure

Wonderful large home in a spectacular setting with sandy beach for the little ones and kayaks and paddleboards for the teens and adults. We rented a boat for skiing and appreciated the easy access to the water with the long dock. We used to have a home on the lake so were familiar with the buoys that kept us off the rocks. Thanks Margie and Phil!

Wedding at Castle in the Clouds

Our youngest son got married at Castle in the Clouds and we decided to make it a family vacation. We stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days over Labor Day weekend. The owners, Phil and Margi were excellant hosts. Thank you so much for the navigation tips and mailing back our forgotten items!The house had everything we needed, very clean, spacious and very well stocked home.The grounds were beautiful and quite tranquil. We will definetly tell our friends and would love to stay again.

Exceptional Location on Lake Winnie for a Family Vacation

We had such a fantastic vacation at Margie and Phil's home in Moultonborough. Such a beautiful and spacious home with picturesque views of the lake. It was the perfect location for a family vacation. This home had so much to do, a dock for our rental boat, a great beach for the kids, kayaks, a paddleboard, a firepit, screened in porch, a perfect sized yard, and a cute little park just down the road. Even with 6 adults and 4 kids (ranging from 2-14), we had plenty of room and it really offered something for everyone. Thank you to Margie and Phil for opening up your home to us!

Incredible stay, wonderful hosts

You couldn't feel more at peace here in this little slice of paradise on the lake. The house is amazing, with incredible views of the lake in every open and airy window. We went kayaking/canoeing/paddle-boarding every morning when the lake was like glass. The leaves were just turning when we were there at the end of September - I can't imagine how breathtaking it would be with perfect timing with the change of season. What a wonderful experience! We will be definitely staying here again as soon as we can!

This home was perfect for our multi-generational family of 10 with ages ranging 6 to 77 years. The view is amazing with a long look down the lake from the protected cove. All the bedroom were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the the grill and firepit area off the kitchen was a great place to enjoy an evening chat. The side yard was perfect for games. The house has great air conditioning - which was so appreciated during our very hot week. The kids would go to the basement as they woke in the morning and it was the most soundproof area possible so the adults could sleep in. We brought our boat and the dock was easy and rock-free.

Mini Family Reunion

My sisters, our spouses, and my 85-year-old mother (9 of us) stayed at Phil and Margie's beautiful home for a week. The place is lovely, right on the water, with a big screened porch where we spent a lot of time. We didn't use all of the bedrooms, but the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my mom. She only had to navigate a couple of stairs to get in and out of the house. Our grown children and their spouses came over during the day and enjoyed the dock, beach, kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard. They also played pickleball at the courts in the community. The location is great, near Castle in the Clouds, Meredith, and Wolfeboro. The owners stayed with family right nearby and were responsive and incredibly nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, spotless waterfront house in gorgeous cove

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who showed us around the house. Kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms were large and the beds were all very comfortable. The gazebo-style screened in porch served us well for meals. The deck was perfect for watching the boating activity in the cove and looking at the stars at night. Plenty of things to do in the area. We will be back!!!

Moultonborough gem
