Welcome to The Little House—a cozy retreat on a private acre next to our 43-acre farm. Just 5 minutes from Publix, restaurants, Walmart, I-10/I-75, and 10 minutes from the music park! While the farm isn’t open for exploring, guests can enjoy farm-fresh goods upon request: organic eggs, raw milk, local honey, fermented sourdough bread, and frozen organic pizza. Enjoy peaceful country charm with the convenience of town close by.

The Little House is as quaint as a homestead on the prairie—with the comforts of town just minutes away. Bright natural light fills the space by day, and on clear nights, starlight fills the sky. Nestled on a private acre next to our 43-acre family farm, it’s the perfect mix of peaceful country vibes and modern convenience.

Awesome stay

We loved staying at this house very clean and comfortable beds nice decorations too, Eric was very attentive whatever we needed he responded we were force to stay longer due to my truck breaking down and he was very helpful we ended up staying one more night in his house, we have forgotten a jacket and he returned he’s very honest and friendly I would definitely stay there again

Perfect little house to get away but still be close to the river and springs I’m from the area and moved away and sometimes come back and I would definitely be staying here again thanks guys for an amazing stay!

Peaceful...Lovely Farm Experience...Convenient

I loved the Farm House experience with lots of natural light in the home and decorated in my favorite colors. From the moment you walk to the front door you know you are about to experience a blessing. While we enjoyed cooking meals from the home there were restaurant menus and dining out suggestions to enjoy. The home is well equipped to cook and we enjoyed resting and viewing the outdoors. During my next visit I plan to visit one of the Springs. I also look forward to visiting Shady Grove Baptist Church. The owners are the perfect hosts and made sure every detail was taken care of. Thank you for a perfect Easter weekend!

Back again at “the little house”

Thanks so much Eric and Stephanie!! The best thing about having to come back so quickly was getting to finally see my niece get married and being able to come back to the little house again! Perfect property in Live Oak, Florida!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The property is perfect! Fully renovated and very clean! As we entered the door, we were greeted with the smell of Young Living essential oils! The bathroom is gorgeous! The beds are so comfortable, clean and the rooms are spacious. The owners were kind enough to also share some local coffee, fruits and honey! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! 🤩
