Kokomo Farms - Cozy Cottage on the Farm

Nearly 20 acres of pure country, room to get in touch with nature or sit on the wraparound porch of the Main house and lose yourself in a good book. Wander through the Enchanted forest of 100+ yr old Live Oak Trees. Relax in the serenity of the Zen Garden. Come visit us soon!
The tiny house cottage on the farm is tucked in a private corner of the farm but close enough to common areas to walk. It has a studio layout with one Full size bed, one bath, a dining bar, ac & Netflix. The Cottage is semi-off-grid using solar power to run the lights , you also have a private outdoor grilling area and a lovely porch to sit and listen to nature!

Great relaxing getaway location

Friendly host, horses, chickens, cats and guinea fowl. Plenty of activities on site so you never have to leave unless you just want to visit the local attractions. Very nice property to explore and enjoy day and night.

A little piece of heaven

It was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got in to the last moment. Will come back again and will recommended to anyone wanting to decompress and stay grounded. It is Nature at its best. The welcome of Benson and Trudy is beyond words! We felt like family! love the place, love the vibe and the animals are simply amazing....it makes you reanalize your life and see that the simple things are the most meaningful. Absolutely LOVE IT!

I was greeted once I came up the drive. Very friendly people. My cabin was very clean and I loved how peaceful it was. I would recommend this place versus staying anywhere else. It’s not everyday you wake up to roosters.. I loved it.. Thank you

Unexpected Peace and Ambiance

Kokomo Farms is a beautiful oasis of old oaks, kind folks and high vibe energy. Clearly the land, animals and dwellings are well cared for and I felt like it was a 'destination vacation' just being there. I wanted to explore the numerous springs in the area as much as I wanted to wander around the land, feed the chickens, and try not to talk too much to super interesting, super kind, owners. I will certainly be back and spread the news of this stunning spot to others.

Perfect Stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the farm. The owner greeted us and gave us a short tour of the property. There are many fun things to do around the farms, and the accommodations are all very well maintained. This tiny house in particular was small but very well equipped (The pictures don’t do it justice) There was a well stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave, as well as a full bathroom. The decor was cozy and inviting, and there was even free wifi! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
