Increíble vista a la montaña. Esta magnífica casa diseñada en la cima de una colina tiene una excelente vista de la pista de esquí en Tahoe Donner. Esta casa tiene un plano de planta abierto y luminoso con techos abovedados y ventanas de piso a techo.
La Master Suite se encuentra en el nivel principal, gran sala espaciosa, dos dormitorios de invitados y baño. En la planta baja hay una gran sala familiar, un amplio dormitorio, baño completo y una oficina que actualmente se utiliza como el quinto dormitorio. House viene llave en mano, que incluye bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de billar, mesa de póker / juego, televisores de pantalla plana y cocina totalmente equipada. Techos abovedados de madera en la gran sala y techos abovedados en las habitaciones de arriba. Gran cubierta superior soleada y área ajardinada natural accesible desde el nivel inferior.

Such a great space!

This house was wonderful for a big group and had a wonderful layout. Monica was amazing and so responsive with her messages. We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub after a long day at the beach and Truckee. 10-15 minute drive to Donner Lake and the downtown area. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

Great!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and nice and worked well, the kitchen was well outfitted, and the snow shovels came in handy. The electronically controlled fireplaces (upstairs and down) were a particularly nice luxury.

Great place for staying in Tahoe

The house is big and it’s around 20mins drive to North Star ski resorts. The rooms are clean and tidy. It’s a comfortable place to stay in Tahoe💕 highly recommended!

Truckee vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Location is great for access to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area. The house was the perfect size for our group. We’d stay there again! Host was helpful and responsive to our questions.

This home is beautiful, excellent location for year round activities, well decorated, exactly as advertised and the communication with Monica, the homeowner and property manager, was first class!!! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

We are very strict with out social distancing and this home allowed us to have fun! So much space and great property for the kids to enjoy the snow. Home was lovely inside too!

Beautiful Retreat

Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Running stream nearby was relaxing to hear. The club house pool and activities were good bu was $20 pp. Loved the downstairs poker and pool tables.the town of Truckee is charming and this property is close to Tahoe. Hiking was also beautiful! Had a great time

Summer Family Reunion

We loved staying in this beautiful home! Plenty of space for three married couples and our four grandchildren. Easy main floor access for our granddaughter who is in a wheelchair. Loved the view through the large windows.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at the ski house was delightful! The host, despite the hefty 8-foot snowfall challenge, managed well with snow removal. The cabin's cleanliness was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen exceeded expectations, making meal preparation a breeze. The proximity to Tahoe Donner ski resort, just a turn away from the shuttle stop, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our skiing adventure. Overall, a great experience in a well-maintained and strategically located retreat!

Wonderful early summer getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing early summer getaway at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house is clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, nestled near beautiful hiking trails that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring each day. Lake Tahoe is just a short drive away, offering stunning views and a perfect spot for refreshing outdoor activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub—soaking in it while enjoying the mountain views was pure bliss after a day of hiking. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way, combining cleanliness, proximity to nature, and great amenities for a memorable and relaxing vacation. We can't wait to return!

Lots of space

The house is beautiful, just like pics. But, one of the window panes over the kitchen sink was shattered, there's no bath mat for the primary bath, and the beds are very firm. Location is great for riding Tahoe Donner ski area, but it's 15 min to get to Truckee.

Fantastic Stay Close to Donner Ski Resort!

I had a fantastic experience at this place near Donner Ski Resort. The property was impeccably clean, the check-in process was seamless, and its proximity to the ski resort added immense convenience. Communicating with Monica was easy, and her prompt responses made the entire experience stress-free. The thoughtful touch of providing a guest pass by the host was a delightful gesture, adding an extra layer of hospitality to our stay. Additionally, the hot tub on the property was a fantastic amenity, enhancing our overall relaxation and enjoyment. My family and I had a great time, and I highly recommend this rental to others without hesitation. We will come back soon.

Very nice overall

Kitchen needs more mixing bowls and cutlery so you don't have to waste so much water washing knives and forks for the next meal. A few more hand towels in the bathrooms would be helpful, and better lighting downstairs. Enjoyed the hottub and pool table.

Great Spring Break

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The house was as-advertised. You need to provide some beach/swim towels and/or more bath towels. The smoke alarms are way too sensitive. Not enough trash bags and silverware/flatware. Fantastic house and location we appreciate the rental the above is just constructive feedback.

Great time!

Family group celebration for Mom's 70th Birthday. House overall worked out well. Clean and plenty of space. Thankfully great weather and spent a lot of time out on upper deck. Could have a couple of additional out door chairs for larger groupl. Pool and poker table were a lot of fun for all and enjoyed the hot tub. Only critique would be that there could have been few more bath towels provided.

Great stay during the storm

The host of this property deserves accolades for their exceptional service, especially when I reached out for a last-minute booking due to a power outage at my original stay. Their responsiveness and tentativeness made the transition seamless. As for the property itself, cleanliness was impeccable, creating a welcoming environment. The house layout, featuring two living rooms, added to its appeal, providing ample space and comfort. During a snowstorm, the wide and flat driveway made parking a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay. A top-notch experience in challenging circumstances – highly recommended.

Truckee rental

The house was in a great location. It was definitely fun having a pool table, hot tub and two living spaces. It would have been nice to have it stocked better with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and a better stocked kitchen. We barbecued and there was no metal spatula. It was missing a lot of kitchen items to cook. But all I’m all a fun house to rent.

Overall good place

Nice layout location and size. Lacking quite a few checked boxes to make it a perfect stay. Garage door barely worked, hot tub cover had issues, kitchen was very lacking, and the stuff that was there was not great (like the cooking pans were probably older than me). No pack n play? Come on all places should just have one in the closet. We bought one and left it there for future guests. You’re welcome :)

Wonderful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Truckee! The location is great, just a few minutes from downtown but feels removed enough to provide a relaxing retreat. Our kids ages 13-15 loved the downstairs game area, it was great having two hang-out spaces, as well as the deck with a beautiful view and hot tub downstairs. We were two families but there would have been plenty of space for one more. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, the kitchen is great, we had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with Monica was wonderful, she was prompt with her replies and very helpful. We enjoyed a day on Donner Lake and also went tubing down the Truckee River. We stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for the fantastic trip!

Location and layout was good. That's it. The house was dirty, dishwasher was broken, the stove was gross, had to convince my wife to use foil on racks to cook, I have a picture if you're interested. Laundry room has not been cleaned in a long time. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. Backroom were ok, but urine all around the seat hinges. we have stayed at many VRBO units and we will not returned unless unit it gets a good cleaning. Did not use Hot Tub, water was discolored. Someone need to inspect this unit and talk to cleaning personnel. We like VRBO and will continue to use. Please contact me if you have questions. Thank You Dan & Sandy

MUST READ !!!

The house was beautiful and spacious, however upon arriving we noticed the house was very dirty and not cleaned properly. The dishes put away were dirty including pots and pans. The blinds were filled with dust upon opening like they have never been dusted before there was rat traps in the master bedroom under neither the night stand . There was not enough towel for the stay when reared out for more I was told I could revive them for an extra charge I paid over 5k for us to be limited to 2 towels per couple !!!! The downstairs bedroom with king bed lines were dirty and smelled like urine ! Had to remove them and wash them ourselves . As if that wasn’t enough now we are being charged for a lock that was open when we arrived in the kitchen storage closet, a hot tub water leveler and bed frame repair in the queen size bedroom in the main floor. I’m unsure how a senior couple could ruin a bed frame ! The hot tube was only used 1x and somehow the water leveler is needing replacement !!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE we rent a cabin 1x a year always have amazing experiences we like to rent different houses each year for fun and this one was the ONLY NEGATIVE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!
