On the ground floor of a detached house, this charming private apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room of 45 m2, very bright side stay you have a round table to receive 8 guests, side stay you will have a flat screen TV, a VCR, a large coffee table, 2 sofa beds, a desk and a small sitting area reading many mood lamps, you have a room with double bed 160 cm, several closets; there is another room with 2 twin beds in 90 cms, you have a bathroom with all comfort with walk-in shower a modern furniture with 2 drawers, a towel dryer, you will also find a separate toilet ...
In the garden with private pool surrounded by flowers there are relax, you will have a dining area with barbecue and plancha, a ping pong table and private parking

this house is located 5 minutes walk from the gardens of the fountain and 10 minutes from the city center (bullring, square house etc ...!) you also have bus stops 10 meters from the house and all the shops (butchery, bakery, pharmacy, super market, etc ...) Nîmes is ideally located between the Camargue and the Cevennes ideal to visit our beautiful region! From the King's Grau you can go for a swim on the beautiful beaches of white sand, high dead quoted Saint Louis you admire the famous walls, the holy sea mary you will see flamingos and can rub shoulders with gypsies and their flamenco music ! You can also visit Avignon, Montpellier, Alésia, year twelve and its bambouseraie, uzés, .toute a region of the south of France full of surprise and all this about half an hour from Nîmes

Superb Cadereau Nimes

Impressed by many positive reviews, we had high expectations for our springtime stay at Cadereau Nimes. It exceeded them thanks to hosts Sue and Jacky Soulier’s steadfast attention to so many details, large and small, all appreciated. Plus parking in a gated compound with lovely gardens. Bravo!

Perfect in all aspects

Sue and Jacky were so very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing qas ever a problem. Their apartment is extremely comfortable and so well located that we could do all our sightseeing on foot. Their courtyard, garden and pool were perfect and we were able to enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing there. Nîmes is a beautiful and interesting city to visit and our holiday there was all the better for our first class accommodation. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to spend time in this area.

Excellent location and home away from home

Everything you need is to be found in Sue and Jacky’s ground floor apartment. Full kitchen, comfortable large bed, parking, washer and dryer, towels and linens. Great local shops, super nice hosts, and the location can’t be beat. We used our car to visit nearby towns of Arles and Uzes, as well as Pont du Gard, but walked everywhere else. Nimes is a great location and we could have happily stayed another few days to see more of the area. Thank you to Jacky and Sue and their grandson, who speaks good English, and helped with some communication.

Quaint little house with a cool little pool

It's a nice little house with plenty of room to spread out. Had a lot a cooking utensils and nice fridge so you can grab fresh food from either the really close market or patisserie or go 0.5km up the road to a large super market. Not a lot of nearby restaurants. The Greek place is ok for fast food and the patisserie is great for breakfast and bread. While the house does not have AC, the pool is a close 2nd. Very clean and about 80f, so it does a great job of cooking you down. Sue was a huge help and super friendly. She only speaks french but Google translate works great and it seems like she's used to it.

VERBLIJF

bij het boeken van deze accommodatie en het bekijken van de foto s in vergelijk met de realiteit is er een zeer groot negatief verschil. Accommodatie is aftands, zeer vuil, vergane glorie, ... we zijn zeer ontevreden over dit vakantieverblijf matrassen versleten, stoelen roest, overal vuil, terrassen vuil, enz ... ook veel rommel ( van eigenaar ) te zien vanuit de accommodatie op de foto s is alles redelijk clean maar in de realiteit staat alles vol met vanalles... zwembad is amper 2.4 x 4.5m op de foto zou je veronderstellen dat het veel groter is. zwemmen kon je dus wel niet doen ...

Une maison si agréable !

Un séjour merveilleux, la ville de Nîmes est très jolie et agréable, la maison vraiment agréable avec le coin repas à l'extérieur si chaleureux et le coin piscine rafraîchissant pour les grands et parfait pour les plus jeunes. Et peut-être le plus important l'accueil parfait de nos hôtes qui n'auraient pas pu être plus aux petits soins. Merci !

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison avec une jolie cour aménagée

La maison est située non loin des magnifiques jardins de la fontaine et de la tour Magne. Des commerces de proximité sont là et permettent de se ravitailler facilement et avec qualité. Une grande surface n'est pas loin elle non plus. Le centre ville est à un quart d'heure à pied. Le logement est au rez-de-chaussée de la maison. Les locataires profitent d'une cour charmante et d'un espace piscine tout à fait agréable lui aussi. Nous avons passé dans ce lieu un très bon séjour. L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires nous ont aidé à nous sentir chez nous.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location de Sue et Jacky, qui sont des hôtes très accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse. La location est parfaitement située, non loin du centre, tout peut se faire à pied! Si nous revenons à Nimes, nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Sue et Jacky.

Super séjour à Nîmes

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Sue et Jacky. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Nîmes. Jolie maison comme sur les photos, coin jardin et piscine très agréable avec la chaleur. Maison idéalement située pour visiter Nîmes à pieds. Nous recommandons et espérons revenir bientôt!

Adorable appartement dans Nîmes

L’appartement est tél qu indiqué, chaleureux près de tout ce qu il y a à voir quelques 15 minutes de marche et près des services Les lits sont un peu déformés donc sensibles du sommeil ?! Là propriétés n’a pas d’air climatisé et il fait chaud mais nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité les.volets ouverts en pleine nuit sans problème La propriétaire est charmante et pleine d’attention à l’arrivee

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. Un accueil parfait avec des boissons généreusement offertes par les propriétaires et mises au frais. L’appartement est idéalement situé et le cadre est très agréable entre une partie de Ping Pong et une baignade dans la piscine. Seul bémol, il n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce que les propriétaires habitent l’appartement du dessus.

Un séjour exceptionnel!

C’est la seconde fois que nous séjournons chez Sue et Jacky, et les deux fois nous nous sommes retrouvés comme chez nous! C’est est très bien situé: proche des lieux incontournables mais également des commerces de proximités permettant en une petite balade de concocter de bons petits plats! La maison est belle et très bien entretenue, les extérieurs sont très agréables et les hôtes encore mieux que le reste: disponibles, amicaux, au petit soin! Que dire? Nous reviendrons à Nîmes pour la ville mais encore plus pour retrouver notre famille de coeur!

Nous avons été super bien accueilli (boissons dans le frigo, jeux pour les enfants) L’appartement est encore mieux que dans les photos et super propre et chaleureux. Situation parfaite de nombreux petits commerces à coté à 2 min du jardin de la fontaine et à moins de 15min à pied du centre. La ville est très jolie avec des bons petits resto et bons conseils des propriétaires.
