Really great stay all around. We often stay in Ocean Pines when visiting the area but have not come across a home as perfect as this. We were telling for a softball tournament with my Mom, daughter and husband. Everyone had what they needed, lots of room and we really appreciated the water and dryer! Comfy beds, super clean and great communication. My mom even remarked she wished she could pick up the whole house and bring it home with us. Thank you!!

Perfect Girls Weekend

I stayed here with a girlfriend for a weekend getaway. The home was absolutely perfect. Caroline had soundscapes playing on the TV at our arrival and it just set the tone for a perfect and relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub a lot. Great weekend!

Beyond 5 stars

Catherine and her sister have a beautiful , clean and spacious house. It’s the best that we have ever rented. The furniture and beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had updated appliances and two types of coffee makers. The deck was huge with a hot tub, umbrella chairs and beautiful night lights. They also have 5 large screen tv’s.. Catherine allowed us to stay Sunday to Sunday to accommodate the events we were attending. She was always available and is a good person. This was our 2nd year and we will be back God willing ..

Absolutely fantastic

This is a fabulous house with great owners. We were impressed with the cleanliness, location and the house itself was even better than the pictures we saw when we booked it.. We have stayed in many VRBO properties however this is now our number 1 favorite. You’ll love everything and will want to return just like us

Another great stay

This was our third time staying in this wonderful house. We’re drawn to the attractive, clean, well-appointed space—a perfect kitchen for cooking meals, lots of cozy seating to snuggle up and watch something on the big screen TV or enjoy the fireplace, and a hot tub on the large deck! It’s plenty of space for our family of four. Communication is always prompt and easy.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

This house was impeccably clean and as comfortable as they come. There were little touches of comfort around every corner and we had a wonderful stay. The hot tub, the comfortable beds, the luxurious sheets, the deck, an amazing coffee bar, really everything was spot on. There were hand rails for getting into the shower and hot tub and there was even an electric reclining lift chair to help with getting in and out of the recliner. This would be a great rental for somebody with older or less mobile family members. It was a short drive to the beach which was no problem at all considering what an amazing experience the house provided! Thank you so much to the home owners for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to come back one day.

Very misleading horrible experience

I checked into the home Thursday February 2nd at 3pm with no issues found the home to clean... From that point on it was all down hill .. I then received a text message from the owner at 730 pm 4 and 1/2 hours after check in saying my access code had changed... I couldn't access house with code I was given 2 weeks ago but you wait until after my check in to inform me that the code was changed.... I replied to her letting her know that the original code worked she replied I forgot I did change the code...smh Then we noticed that the hot tub was not hot and the power button was flashing red tried to troubleshoot but we couldn't use for entire 1st night... Then the houses advertises having all these flat screen smart tvs which was true but they don't provide any type of service for the tvs so the tvs are pretty obsolete unless you have your own streaming service which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing... We came down for superbowl weekend to celebrate and friends bday and watch the superbowl we couldn't even watch the game after the owner insured us we could just use his Hulu account they backed out on that offer 20 min before gametime... horrible experience I will never come back here

Excellent repeat visit

This was our second stay in this lovely and well appointed house. The kitchen had everything we needed, the wide screen televisions were perfect for watching Christmas movies, and the fireplace was nice and cozy. The property is well maintained and has many thoughtful touches. We’d gladly return again!

Family friendly vacation rental

This property is a great way to relax while in the Ocean City area. The hot tub is a great way to unwind after a long day at the beach.

Thanksgiving stay

We loved the house and location. However; the master bedroom has no shower and you can see through the fireplace into the bedroom from the living room. The TV usage was also a real challenge.

WOW!! This house exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We came for 4 nights and 5 days, the only problem we had was that we didn't get to get stay longer. Plenty of room for a family of 4+ and the deck was one of my favorite parts. I had my morning coffee with the birds!

Beautiful home with everything you need for vacation. Very comfortable and gorgeous house. Quiet neighborhood and just minutes from Ocean City. Close to everything. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend! We have stayed in this lovely home twice and will go back in the future.

Amazing home, perfect in every way!

If you are reading this, you've seen the pictures and reviewed the location on the map. My family of 4 stayed here and the pictures do not do it justice. The house was immaculate and was loaded with amenities. The neighborhood and street are secluded and very nice. The drive to the ocean was 14 minutes with restaurants, gas and supermarkets just minutes away. There are 2 beautiful golf courses 7 minutes away. Hot tub was excellent, the lighted deck was very relaxing at night! We couldn't have chosen a better place and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City, but not around the large crowds, traffic and noise. The internet was needing a restart from Comcast and the host had us back up and running in literally minutes! She even reached out prior to our stay and followed up on the internet outage. My wife and I love to complain, we do not have a single one :-) A+++++++++++

Had a wonderful stay at Sandy Benton. House was very clean and well stocked. It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The deck and hottub was a great place to relax. House had everything we needed and lots of places to spread out. Owners were very responsive and easy to reach even greeted us on arrival!

Take me back !!!

I can not begin to explain how wonderful this property is !! From communication with the owner ( I feel like we could be friends IRL) to the most stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook / live with rental , to just the beautifulness of the house ... I can not say enough about this lovely home ... I will absolutely be back when I travel in the area again ... You will just be spoiled !!!!

Beautiful and perfect

We had an amazing time while on our weeks vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything you need for during your stay. So close to stores and lots of fun things to do. Quiet setting and the owners are amazing. During our stay we had the hurricane come through and the owners gave us tips and checked on us to make sure we were safe. There is nothing I would change. We had a fantastic vacation and so glad we chose this home to stay in. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us.

Ocean Pines Heaven

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Sandy Benton. The house was immaculately clean with absolutely everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked and linens were provided. We took advantage of the parking and pool at the Beach Club and the Ocean Pines pools. We felt very safe during this summer of COVID. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
