Hi we have a 3/4 bedrooms/-2bathrooms home.
Fitzroy is officially voted number 1 coolest suburb in whole of Australia!
This is a very cute cottage that's over 100 years old.
There are 3/4 bedrooms with 2 bathroom with a small lime tree private courtyard.
Rooms-
1. Left- lounge room with sofa couch/ bed. And a single bed/day couch. 2-3pax ok. Potential a 4th bdrm.
2. Loft room- dbl bed up loft only to sleep. Single bed in ground.
3. Kitchen living dining- extendable table for 8pax extra chairs.
4. Loft bed-dble bed top ( only to to sleep/ ensuite room.
5. Courtyard bedroom- dbl bed. Bathroom next door.
6. Very cute courtyard.
