Sugar Sand Sanctuary - Beach Condominium.

Really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the condominium was clean, which was a great thing, especially for my wife. We will look to return in the future.

Very clean. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one issue that isn't just related to this rental. We did not leave a tip for the housekeeper because of the written orders. Wash all dishes. Take out trash. All towels in basket. Turn thermostat to 74….blah blah blah. Really? I pay a cleaning fee then do 60% of the cleaning before leaving. Hotels are going to make a come back.

Great location for a week of Sunsets

Staff/employees were great to work with as they were very accommodating. You can't beat the location. We had a great week of vacation with sunsets every night only being 1/2 block away from beach.. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of down town but with in walking distance of all of it. The place was clean and organized. Had all the basics . Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The location for this condo was great and neighbors were friendly. The staff at Belloise went the extra mile to find us accommodations as the condo was not ready. But this place needs a lot of updating and cleaning. There is no justification in the enormous monthly raise for this condo for next year.
