You will be within walking distance or the Jolly Trolley that runs every 30 minutes up Mandalay avenue and along the beach to the famous Pier 60, restaurants, bars and shopping, dinner cruises, boat rides, dolphin encounter tours, deep sea fishing and much more.

Beautiful sunsets await you on Sunset Beach. Walk out your back door to a private gate that leads to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We love how close this house is to the beach! The pool was fun, the hot tub was great. We did wish there was a kitchen table with 4 chairs but eating on the patio was a good option. This was our second time staying here and would definitely come back.

The property matched its description and the location near the beach was excellent. The pool was a great feature and the perfect size for our stay. The house was clean, though the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and the Keurig didn’t work during our visit. Indoor seating was limited, with only a small table and two chairs and no dedicated dining area.

Absolute hidden gem! The location is everything!! If you like privacy and not being right in the mix of things this is your place! But still close enough to get to everything. Very short walk to the beach, easy access & the beach was private everyday there was barely anyone around! My kids also lived in the pool all week! We usually stay in condos but we really enjoyed staying in a private home with a pool to get the kids more free access without worrying about a bunch of people around. And the price was awesome! The only complaint I have is the back living room was very hot we couldn’t use it but luckily we didn’t really need it. Still 10/10 and will definitely be back!

We love this property! We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it! It is very close to the beach, pet friendly, and we love the pool and hot tub! You will not find a better place to stay in Clearwater Beach, Florida! The host is fantastic!

We stayed at the Spa House for two weeks this year. The repairs/upgrades to this cute little beach house were worth the wait after the hurricane season of last year. Still a lot of construction around the neighborhood but totally understandable after what Clearwater went through. Can’t wait to book again!

Family friendly

Perfect location and holy for our family with a 1 year old and 8 year old. Close proximity to a quiet beach. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would consider staying here in the future.

Quaint beach cottage

This cottage has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the gulf and located in a pleasant neighborhood that is close to almost. When we were there, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

The Spa House never disappoints! This was our 5th year at this cute lil’ beach bungalow and we loved every minute of our Clearwater vacation.

Fantastic Beach home

Great house, great location on the end of the street - no traffic, quiet area. Pool and hot tub are great. Access to beach is awesome. Would be nice to have more cozy and comfortable couch/lounge area in living room and area to put your feet up and relax. A/c didn’t work in office/laundry room but we only used that room for laundry so no big deal. Would be nice to be able to keep house cooler in late afternoon/evening during the hot part of the day - maybe more fans or ability to lower house a/c. Otherwise great stay and we loved the house and area!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful backyard in paradise!

The backyard pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The 2 minute walk to the quiet beach allowed us quick access to enjoy walks on the beach, wading in the water and watching the sunset. The street is quiet and beds are comfortable. A private and relaxing oasis! We couldn’t have imagined a better vacation.

Loved every moment

What an amazing house and backyard. It is so adorable with everything you could ever need! It was so clean. Just an amazing experience all the way around. Hope it is available next time we travel to Clearwater.
