Walking distance to Wrigley Field, bars, restaurants, shops, etc! REALLY great place that we will rent again! Highly recommend this fabulous flat! A good time is guaranteed!

This rental property was easy to find, easy to access & easy to get to Wrigley Field! It’s only just one block away from the stadium! The condo had extremely comfortable beds/bedding, as well. The Red Line train is just outside the property, so my family & I were nervous about the noise level inside. However, we were very pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside. We couldn’t hear anything outside! We will definitely stay here again when we go to another Cubs game!

VERY good location if you are going to a cubs game! I would definitely recommend staying here, walking distance to stadium, subway and a few stores to get drinks and snacks. Not very good places to eat unless we just didn’t find them. A lot of bars. A nice walk to the lake. We felt very safe and had a nice time watching the people from our front steps. Cleanliness is based on how you live. Some ppl would’ve thought it was very clean, I think it could’ve been cleaner, just depends on what you think is clean. Host didn’t respond until the next day when I asked if we could check in early, but we did anyway and there wasn’t a problem.

Excellent communication with property manager. Everything was exactly as seen on Vrbo. We were very happy with our stay here and absolutely loved the location. Would stay again next time we come to the city.

Great stay in Wrigleyville

Great location literally only steps away from Wrigley Field. The property was clean & updated, and the owners did a great job of having check in process laid out in their communications with us. Would definitely recommend -- especially if you're coming for a Cubs game.

WORST experience ever with a VRBO property owner

Upon arrival the property was dirty and very misrepresented and smelled like SMOKE to the point where we had to leave. Contacted RYAN the owner and and told him about my concerns, and he gave me the run around and then stopped responding. After contacting VRBO to help, he got a hold of him and he hung up on them. I also fell when one of their chairs broke and the first thing he said was can you send a picture of the chair, not are you okay. We left after 2 hours and he never responded with any solutions. I have yet to receive my money back and have been trying to contact the company. Steer clear of Envisage Management, LLC, absolutely no business being in the hospitality business.

We were really disappointed in our stay here. Here's the positive: it's in a great location and it's spacious. On the other hand, the communication with the host is TERRIBLE...that is, there was NO communication with them other than the pre-written directions to check in and the follow up "thanks for staying with us". I messaged the host a day before our arrival AND the day of our arrival to ask about bag storage because we were arriving early on check in day. NO RESPONSE. We ended up communicating with the cleaning crew via translator to figure out if everything was all set with the room. When we entered, there was a bag of garbage on the steps going in that was never picked up (we ended up bringing it to a trash can nearby after day two). We went to Whole Foods the day we arrived and bought cheese and crackers, fruit, yogurts, drinks etc and put them all away only to realize the next morning the the fridge was not running at all. It was warm inside and we had to discard all of our perishable foods. We sent a message about that as well with NO RESPONSE. The apartment appearance? Clean but not well cared for (paint peeling, stucco crumbling around tub, etc) One of our towels was dirty with dark, crusty stains on it (yuck); half of the light bulbs are out etc - the apartment just doesn't seem well cared for. It's a great location and spacious, but they need to pay attention to the little details and communication. So many better places to stay in Chicago.

This place was much bigger than we expected! It is very cute and a perfect location. The L didn’t bother us too much. We slept through it. The sheets and towels all smelled so fresh and clean, it really made us feel at home. The shower was so nice, it had like six shower heads! We got confused on the locks one night and messaged the owner and he responded immediately, but we ended up figuring it out on our own. I definitely want to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

My time at this home was fine until i came across several roaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The house was not thoroughly clean. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the area. Even though the property is close to the train, it didn't really bother us, we slept fine. We would stay here again.

The location was great, the owner was a rude individual

So when I got there, nobody greeted me I wanted to talk to the owner about clean up but he wasn’t there. I played music around 10 pm he called me cursing me out saying I had to many people over. I only had 5 people over, there were no paper towels to clean up minor spills nor was there a mop, I was charged extra for a mopping fee, as if it’s not already included in the first payment. He called me and my friends gang bangers, saying that they didn’t want any drive by happening. To be honest I couldn’t believe it, but it is what it is. I love the location the place was nice but the owner was ridiculously rude. Just don’t play music past ten or he will call threatening to turn the power off

Great location and nice space

Check in was so easy! There were great walking distance coffee shops (restaurants too for when things open back up!) and the neighborhood was great. The space was open and easy to move into with all of our bags. The kitchen was a nice space to work in - I would verify kitchen items before you go if you plan on cooking, I planned ahead so had most things I needed. There was also good lounging space in the living room and a nice sized tv for the space. You can hear the El and some walking upstairs so if that would bug you, bring earplugs but it’s not horrible. The owner was great at responding to my questions.

This property has been recently renovated and we set it up specifically for vacation rental. A lot of properties in the area are very old have old heating/cooling system, water heater and etc. We have taken that into consideration and installed a brand new HVAC system, tankless water heater for guest comfort and convenience.

Wrigleyville is becoming a big tourist attraction. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Pop up Bars at times with a fun theme. Bars along Clark street by the Wrigley Field Stadium, and along Halstead. If you have a membership to Planet fitness and like to work out while on a work trip or vacation; you can walk under 10 minutes to the corner of Addison and Belmont where one is located. Plenty of options nearby.

We are located right next to Wrigley Field and also a transit station. Please note that due to that reason it may not be for very light sleepers, but we also provide disposable earplugs if needed.
During the winter, Wrigley Field offers Ice skating and plenty of fun activities throughout the year. and during the summer, there are a lots of activities daily around the area.
