We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. It’s close to restaurants and shopping which was nice. Lisa and the property were amazing! The property exceeded our expectations. Well stocked (linens, beach towels, beach gear, bikes, etc.), and super clean! Layout of the home is great. Walking/biking distance to most places in Marco. We will definitely look to book again!

Great for our small family

We rented this property for four nights to celebrate Christmas with our son and my mother as my son worked on Christmas Day. It was a perfect location for us as we don’t really go to the beach. We had fun playing games and enjoying the beautiful pool area. We hope to be back again.

Beautiful home with great location

Lisa had incredible communication throughout our stay. She checked in to make sure we needed anything twice. The home was in a great location and was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved that there was a pack n play for our 2 year old to sleep in. The house had a good layout and the pool was clean. We would definitely stay here in the future again. Excellent host!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house has everything, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of to cook. We enjoyed going to the beach in the mornings on bicycles which is only about 6 min. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and making bbq every day. Lisa was extremely communicative and we appreciated her attention to details. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Wonderful house - perfect for our family of 5!

This house was perfect for what we needed! Lisa was extremely communicative and thoughtful in how she has stocked the house and instructions she left for clean up. The house had great toys and chairs for us to use at the beach as well. The pool was the perfect size and the kids had space to have their own space. It was the perfect precursor to our wedding!

Great Marco stay

This property is exactly as pictured. The home is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for your vacation. We cooked and grilled at the home. It's also centrally located on Marco Island. We rode the bikes everywhere on the island. The pool was awesome. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the lanai. The owner was great with communication; went out of her way to help us extend our stay one addl. night when we had a cancelled flight. We plan to book it again soon!

Great house

The house was wonderful. Well stocked and laid out great. The bikes were very helpful to get to the beach. Our first time on Marco Island so we found the Tigertail Beach a bit odd. Did not know the beaches were all private. It was chilly so we hung out at the house, great pool and hot tub kept the teens busy and happy. Walking to lots of restaurants was great too. Overall really nice ams relaxing.

Luxurious Home

Wow…this house is just beautiful. The host was friendly and communicated regularly with us. The house was spotlessly clean with nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms, good quality furniture and appliances (the washer and dryer were very a big plus) Wi-Fi was good. We spent our days relaxing around the pool which had full sun all day with shade under the lanai in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend this house enough.

We have rented other properties for many years when vacationing with our two daughters who are in college and recently graduated from college. We furnished and stocked the house the way we want it to be when we are there so our renters can enjoy the same level of quality and attention to detail that we enjoy as vacationers. We've traveled to many places throughout the world and have always enjoyed the beach and island life. We fell in love with Marco Island the moment we laid eyes on the white, expansive, clean, walkable beaches that are family friendly and not overly crowded. Great central island location. 7/10 mile from Tigertail beach with concessions, rental toys, bathroom facilities and large inexpensive parking lot. Or bike three minutes or take a leisurely stroll to walk the beach. Also accessible to Crescent beach. Restaurants, bars, cafes walking distance. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer
