After winding up the road through one of the most affluent regions of Portland you will find this wonderful home nestled in the hills above Northwest Portland and the Pearl District just a mile below. This home is the perfect blend of style, location, and incredible views.

Sitting perched on the hillside this single level home is perfect for small families, business travelers, or two couples exploring Portland and the surrounding region. You will find the bedrooms meticulously appointed with quality and comfort. The open dining and living floor plan opens up on to the enormous deck with sweeping river, region, and mountain views beyond. There are also two full bathrooms to facilitate comfort for each groups stay.

This neighborhood tucked in King's Heights sits next to Forest Park and the 80+ miles of hiking trails throughout. These are not to be missed. Nearby you will find Pittock Mansion, Hoyt Arboretum, The Portland Japanese Garden, and the Oregon Zoo.

PET FRIENDLY: Small Dogs allowed with approval. **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

This was the lovliest, coziest home. Layout was great and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was large, which was a nice luxury and was super well stocked. View was amazing, high above the tree tops and Portland and we LOVED the neighborhood...Amazing for walking. Would highly recommend!

Perfect quiet getaway

Had the most amazing trip to Portland with my parents for their first visit to Oregon. We loved the cleanliness and views from the home. The quiet neighborhood lined with trees made for a perfect and relaxing vacation. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect Portland Refuge

Great Get Away

This is a great, comfortable little house. View is awesome, really nice neighborhood and close to everything in the Alphabet District plus hiking in Forest Park. Everything we needed was in the house, the kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms comfortable. Our family of 5 would be happy to return.

Beautiful views

Lovely, charming bungalow. The house is in a fantastic upscale neighborhood and offers wonderful opportunities for walks and even hiking. The views from the spacious balcony that runs the length of the house are jaw-dropping. The only thing that may need consideration is there are no blinds on the large windows facing the street from the kitchen. Otherwise the house is quiet, clean and a perfect location to visit Portland.

Amazing views

This is the type of place you don’t want to review because you want to keep it to yourself. Appreciated the place being dog friendly and the easy access to forest park. The walk to 23rd is easy and there are ride share apps for the way back up the hill. Had to work during our stay and the monitor was a nice perk too.

Family bliss in Portland!

We visited Portland for the first time and it was great! I chose this property for the easy location to everything we wanted to see and do. The house met all our needs and the management responded quickly when needing some assistance with a minor shower issue. Loved the view of Mt St Helen from the huge deck!

Youth Soccer ⚽️ tournament

This home is beautiful. The location was great for getting to and from soccer fields in Beaverton and Portland The couch is a bit small for the 4 people we had staying. It wasn’t the most comfortable couch. The beds were fantastic. Overall the home was amazing! Well stocked, comfortable, safe! The city is a mess with homeless camps, & damage from the 2020 protests but it felt safe and clean in this home.

Easy. Breezy. Luxury.

We had a great time staying at this property! The entire experience was wonderful! Check in/out was easy. The property is just beautiful! I was there to finish writing a book and it was exactly what we were seeking. Just a few minutes down the hill to the 23rd Street NW neighborhood! Pine State Biscuits. Ken's Breads. Grassa. Papa Haydyn. Great little restaurants. Lots of people watching. Easy hiking right in the neighborhood! iTrip was extremely helpful and professional. Three days the mountains came out to play providing breathtaking views. It's endlessly interesting to watch the port. The master bedtroom and the larger front bedroom had exceptionally comfortable beds. The middle bedroom had a softer bed than we normally prefer. We really enjoyed the large living room and dining room and spent much of our time resting, reading, watching movies and hanging out. The bathtub is a great deep soaking tub. We wanted for nothing! We were sad to bid it farewell! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this rental. Whether you are traveling alone, with family or friends you'll have a great time!

High in the hills

Everything you could want in your own home. Very responsive host. Loved the back porch and the views. No corners cut. Well stocked pantry with coffee and even a welcoming bottle of Pinot. Great first impression of Portland
