Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here as it is close to my son. Nice washer and dryerWe noticed water seepage from behind The back wall of the shower. We placed a towel along the back wall to keep the floor dry. We will stay here again ❤️

Thanksgiving with the kids

Overall good experience-neighborhood was nice and quiet. A couple small issues with the kitchen sink and ants but otherwise very nice. Layout of the place is different but ok once you get used to it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A relaxed and cozy place that had everything I needed. Great space that can accommodate up to six people, too bad I was just there by myself. It's at a perfect location for trips to SF & Oakland. The host was very responsive and checkin was super easy.Really nice place to stay at. Very comfortable and clean. I would look this place up again when I'm in the area and highly recommend it to others!

Quirky layout but nice place

The layout of the apartment is like having two side by side areas, both with living rooms and bedrooms. They both feed back to the kitchen and bathroom. While quite comfortable, the heat was only on one side with made half the apartment too hot and the other too cold. Lots of room though. Nice big kitchen. Bathroom amenities were of low quality. Plenty of towels. Nice huge washing machine and dryer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice sized, cosy space with enough beds for 3-4 people but it also has insect problem that the hosts need to look into. I left cereal out for a day and it was covered in ants, there were also spiders everywhere. Probably needs an exterminator visit before the next rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very conveniently located for trips to and from SFO, San Jose and Davis. The place is not its heyday but was very adequate for our stay. It would be helpful to know the lockbox with the key is on the side of the house - not the one on the stairway railing.

The apartment is in the basement no air circulation the bed and linen are below standard.

Vrbo should check the place before listing. Disappointing and it was a garage and the picture is not at all resemble the apt.
