At Warm Mineral Springs Park you will find a day full of relaxation. You will find many other activities at Myakka River State Park, and several nice Gulf Beaches in the area, stretched from Boca Grande Island to Venice Jetties, to Siesta Key Beach, where you will hunt for Pre-historic Shark teeth, watch Dolphins at Venice Beach, and watch Wilde Life at the Myakka River and fish or mangrove travel, there are so many for an active persons too! Come in and enjoy rejuvenating healing waters and fantastic activities around.

The only problem we had was when my Husband put out the trash late on Thursday like we were told, we got up the next morning to the garbage all over the front yard which he picked up. Other than that we had a nice time.

Beautifully Updated Home

Owner was quite responsive prior to and during our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for our visit. We would rent here again!

Outstanding value

This is a very clean and fresh property in a quiet neighborhood. A VERY nice property and a great value. Also the reservation and access was seamless.

Good Value

The overall stay was good. The unit was as advertised, very clean and bed was comfortable. The place has all you need to be comfortable. Location for us was good and met our needs, it didn't take too long to get anywhere. The home is located in an area of older homes and it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and thank Gregg for the use of his home.

Nice stay

Property was very clean, kitchen well stocked (although had to clean Keurig water container. Appeared to have little knats in the water. Maybe from the water just sitting in the container). Otherwise property was nice.

Some miscommunication with host and VRBO with key code for check in. Took 3 hours for host to reply.

It was as advertised. Happy house keeping was still there and could let us in.

Dear Jean, Why did you mention 3 hours? 4 PM is the stated check-in time. At 3:26 PM, I received a message from our housekeeper, Bruna, saying that she had opened the door for you. At 4:03 PM, when you were already inside, you sent us a message. We experienced internet problems. We were able to reply to your mail at 5:05 PM as a result. We provide our phone number to guests because we are always available to assist them.

Nice property

We stayed here for two weeks. Everything worked. It has a nice screened in porch. Because of the hurricane, Warm mineral springs is temporarily closed so that was a disappointment. I could easily walk in the neighborhood. Sidewalks are available just a half a block away. This is a great central location to many things to do. I recommend this for a couple. Very cozy.

Before arriving at the property, owner/property management sent me a document that gave us the security number to enter the property and various instructions. The code did not work and when we attempted to reach someone by cell we did not get a response until 3-4hours later. By that time we had to book a hotel. Since we traveled all day, got to the property around 6pm and no response until after 10pm. We were exhausted. We were able to get in the next morning and the home was clean and provided all we needed. The surrounding area wasn’t horrible just a little run down.

Disappointing

The property is located at the edge of a neighborhood of many homes with unkept appearance. Arriving for a 17 night stay, we were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. There were dead spiders in the living room and a dead cockroach in the bedroom. There was closet space but no hangers were provided. The sheets did not fit the bed either, so we purchased, towels and wash cloths, hangers and sheets. When used, the dryer made an awful screeching noise which was so loud you had to shout to have a conversation. When we used the oven to heat a pizza, it smoked so badly it set off the fire alarm. We left over a week early.

Dear Joseph, we are quite surprises to read such a reapinse from you. During your stay you have not expressed any of the concerns you are writing and when we spoke on thw phone you told me that everything was fine. We thank you for information regarding the dryer noise. It is fixed now. This our family vacatiin home and we take goid care of it. We appreciate our guests feedback and prepared to take of any maibtenace that may arise during the normal use of the house. We have contra t with professional cleaning company and professional gardener. The property is taken a good care of. I suspect that you are mixed up witn properties that you stayed at. Regarsing towels ww would gladly issue more towels to you if you asked. When you told me that you putchased some towels I offered tobreimburse you as long as you can send me pictures of receipts, but you did not do it. You left early because of your plans changed as you told me and I offered you a redund as long as you cancel your booking but you did not cancel it. We are wishing you nice travels in the future and try to be fair. There is no need to uoset hosts who shares their homes witn you. Your review is unfair and dishonest.

In a nice residential neighborhood but convenient to restaurants, shopping and, of course, Warm Mineral Springs. No complaints on property condition or amenities as it was very much as expected. Very adequate size for two adults even with small bath. Shower should really have grab bars for safety and a shelf for soap / shampoo would be a nice addition. Overall, the listing photos show the details as we found them. We found this property VRBO to be far superior and more economical compared to hotels.

Granada Gates at Warm Mineral Springs

Place was clean and accomodating. Everything worked fine. You can walk to the Mineral Springs! Host is responsive and communicates right away. This is a nice place in North Port and is handy to shopping and lots of dining options.

Crazy neighborhood

The house was fine for the money. The furniture was a bit uncomfortable but tolerable. It could have used a few more bath towels. We did have neighbor's that seemed to quarrel a bit and a police incident with several police cars in our front yard with a school bus and a very unfriendly neighbor. There was a wonderful dog park a mile away.

Relaxing and easy location to destinations.

I stayed at this home between the Miami Beach and Orlando scene. It was a great place to catch my breath, check in with work, do some laundry and just be calm between the vacation storms. The owner was very pleasant and check in was very easy. The only thing I suggest is that this home does not have basic condiments if you plan on doing your own meal. Salt, pepper, that sort of thing. It does however provide the dishes and cooking items that you need. Thank you to this owner for providing your home to me.
