Ideally located, this cozy A frame is across the street from the Falls Beach at Bass Lake, walking distance to the Willow Creek-Devil's Slide trail head, and only 17 miles to Yosemite National Park south entrance. Acorn Falls is sure to delight all who enter! The cabin is a perfect choice for families, girlfriend/guyfriend getaways, couples, or solo travelers looking for a bit of quiet solitude. Acorn Falls is comfortable, fully stocked with thoughtful amenities and luxurious finishes.
The home has an amazing and unique wrap around deck for lots of outdoor living. A perfect venue for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, elopements, etc. please contact me prior to booking. Need help planning or desire concierge service? We've got lots of options during your stay!

We booked this beautiful cabin for my sisters birthday and let me tell you we have absolutely no regrets. The host was very informative even before we got to the home and any questions we had she was quick to respond. The home itself was beautiful and clean. I would definitely book here again.

Fantastic cabin and location
Booked a trip that was a girls trip for the first few nights, and with my 2 kids the following few nights and the cabin was absolutely perfect for both. Kim was wonderful to coordinate with, the cabin was clean and as listed, and the location can’t be beat. Top notch all around!

Great location, beautiful home
Stayed for three nights. Beautiful well maintained home and great communication with host. Wonderful location - we rented a boat, paddle boards, & went to dinner - all locations close by. Yosemite was 35 minute drive to the gate.Great choice overall

Great family stay
Clean, modern, centrally located. Nice amenities, huge outside deck. Was great for our family of five and became the central hang out for our extended family who was also visiting Bass Lake. Highly recommend!

Cutest cabin ever
This newly renovated cabin was wonderful to stay in. The deck is huge, beds are very comfortable, & the location is great. The owner immediately responded to any questions we had, she was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Yosemite trip
We stayed at this cabin so we could be closer to Yosemite. Great neighborhood. The cabin was great, plenty of room for 4 couples. Loved the look of the A frame. Would stay at again!

Great A frame
It was a gorgeous home with a lot to offer. Will definitely stay again. Communication was great with the owner-- she went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of, even shared some good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, great attention to detail
Property is quality, clean, and very well appointed. Cozy is a good word for bedrooms, as they are small by all modern standard… but comfortable.

Very good location for enjoying Bass Lake and lush hiking trails. Some of the interior furnishings could use some care and attention. Some wear and tear noticeable. Could have used a deeper clean prior to our stay. Host was professional and responsive.

Cozy and Cute!
Our family of four had a great stay at the house. It was a great location for getting to Yosemite. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. We did not use the outer/downstairs room. I was happy to read by the fireplace and the kids took advantage of the cards and games.

Lovely setting, updated cabin. Very homey and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to Bass Lake. We really enjoyed our time at the Acorn Falls cabin.

Beautiful cabin near the lake
The cabin had everything we needed. Beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful, large deck with large picnic table was perfect for having lunch and enjoying the outdoors. Just a short walk down the hill to the lake. Quiet street.

Wonderful Vacation!!
We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful, clean and relaxing. I loved the huge deck and my teen said that the cabin had "good vibes". It just took a few minutes to walk to the lake. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you!!

Adorable Cabin in Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin with lovely modern updates. It was the perfect size for two families. We loved having the big deck to spread out on and the close proximity to the beach. The cabin was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Easy communication with the owner as well. 😊

Perfect Family Cabin
We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was a perfect space for 3 and easily could accommodate a larger family or grandparents. Sitting around the fire with the beautiful view from the windows in the A-Frame was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathrooms were very nice with great showers. We got lucky to have a fair bit of snow and playing on the property and the short walk to the lake made for a great time.

Everything you need in a stylish Cabin
We loved our trip to Bass Lake and the stay in Kim's Cozy A Frame. The place has a wonderful feel to it-the rooms are updated and clean, stylish and cozy. The location is stunning, very close to the lake and to hiking trails, a delightful walk into town and tucked away from the major hustle and bustle of the area. The walk around porch is HUGE and would be spectacular in the summer. We will come again!
