Lake View Single story cabin. Just Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Master bedroom is very spacious with King size bed, slider to front deck, bathroom with nice sized walk in stand up shower. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed & views of the lake from the bedroom window. Third bedroom has 2 full beds. The hallway bathroom is fully remodeled with tub/shower combo and a heated towel bar.

This magical family home is now the perfect place for your family & friends to enjoy year-round! With 3 Beautifully decorated bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms this home provides the perfect setup for families or small groups. Situated in a quiet residential community, completely surrounded by nature & lake views. Step inside the updated home to find the perfect space with an open living area, dining room & kitchen, all beautifully decorated. With a large flat-screen smart HD TV & comfortable sofas, the living area is the perfect spot to lounge around. Adjacent to the living area, the chef of the group can carry on a conversation with you while they prepare a tasty meal in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers upgraded countertops and is fully equipped with the essentials, dishware & cookware so you can prepare your favorite recipes.
Gather around the charming dining table set for 6 & additional bar table with seating for 3 to enjoy your meals along with friendly conversation with the whole group.

The covered front deck is a prime spot to sip your morning coffee in solitude while admiring the surrounding lake Views & offers additional seating for meals.

Great spot and a lovely time of year to stay as very quiet and easily accessible to Yosemite.Great communication with Cody who arranged for an early check in.Nice kitchen and outdoor area for eating!

We loved waking up to have coffee on the porch to watch the sunrises and bbq’s with the sunsets. The view was spectacular! The house had everything we needed. Very clean and modern. They have lots of board games for the family to choose from and common area is kid friendly. We hope to stay here again soon!

Good vibes

Excellent location on the lake. Boat slip that came with the property was very nice and very easy to access with boat -private boat launch made everything very easy. we have had issues in the past with renting slip at marina so was very nice to have a private dock. Also, the host was very accommodating.

Amazing stay in all regards!

Top tier cleanliness, all needed amenities were there, and the views are incredible. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay at Bass Lake. Communication was top notch for anything needed.

Good Vibes!

The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Loved the covered patio/deck. We have stayed in many rental houses in Bass Lake over the past 40 years and this is one of our favorites!

Weekend getaway

Very pleased, had more than needed for our trips. Beds were comfortable the sheets and even the towels! We’ve been to plenty that have the hotel style towels and this little extra was cool. TVs we’re all working the patio was a perfect place to have a bbq enjoy some peace and quite not to mention that nice evening breeze would definitely stay here again. Parking definitely was more than enough and perfect for a trailer if you take your boat!

Daughter’s 18th Birthday

Communication was excellent. Property was primo!!! The boat slip was a key element to our trip. It was a block to the marina entrance. Parking for the trailer was just outside the marina or on the street near the property - I opted for the location. Just outside the entrance to the marina as it was more convenient. Wish we stayed another day.

Great location, newly renovated, modern yet comfy design

We had a great time in Cory Bower's house. It has been newly renovated in 2022 and it is wonderfully appointed. The location is great as one has a nice view onto the lake. We sat on the little side lawn to watch sunsets. One can walk to the lake and the dock that comes with the house, though one needs to cross a street on which cars drive very fast and there is only a small strip on the side to walk, so definitely not for kids, adults MUST accompany their kids. Best to take a flashlight in case one walks back after sunset. We were suprised to NOT find a dishwasher in the property. It never occurred to me to check for that, I assumed that to be standard amenities in CA. I think a dishwasher is a must for a property that allows for up to 8 people. That aside, we had a great time. I asked the owner for secret hiking that is good with kids and Cory answered within hours. We took his suggestion and hiked Lewis Creek trail from the Southern Parking Lot. We all, including the kids, had a great time on the hike and loved the waterfalls along the way and wading in the pool where we ended up (about 1.1 miles from Southern Parking Lot).
