Great Family Place

The property had the space we needed and was clean. The thermostat was adjustable on all 3 floors. There is seating for 6 in the living room. Parking is not close to the unit in these condos, but it isn't too bad.

Short stay

Only stayed 2 days, once we found the property it was easy. Towels and amenities were nice. It was semi clean. The pool was nice. Would be a lot easier to have the parking passes inside the rental then take back to the car instead of going 2 places . We would rent again!

walk to Coligny and Beach was a little longer than described but was still doable. Could be better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels. soap, and trash bags. Overall, it was a very comfortable accommodation for our Grandmother, daughter, granddaughter trip!

Nice condo, good for family, plan to walk or bike a lot

We enjoyed the condo, for three adults, more than adequate room. It could have been a bit cleaner, I did find mold in the bathroom and hair here and there. The location is not bad, but plan to walk quite a bit to get to the beach or Coligny (shopping and dining). I usually stay in ocean front units but needed larger accommodations this time, and for the price, it is a decent deal. The pool is nice, but the loungers are worn out (plan for your hind-end to fall through). The owner does a great job of providing the niceties, from good towels to conditioner, shampoo, soaps and in the kitchen everything you could need. Plenty of games and books for the evenings as well.

Beautiful condo but wish i had more details

We loved the condo, but when we arrived it was hard for us to find the condo in the dark. The numbers for condo was hard to see. I wish the details were in the email i recieved prior. My brother in law is blind and it was hard for us to maneuver him at night when we arrived. There were light bulbs out, i tried to email and call the contact # but no one called back.

It was fine

I appreciated being able to check in early, however all the information was in two different places between the app and an email. It was not easy to continue to find the details.We had a 2 year old with us and the three stories with the master four upstairs away from the bedrooms, made for a difficult young family experience. Not having beach towels was also not convenient as we all flew into Hilton head. The management solution of buying cheap ones and leaving them there was the first time I’ve had that experience at a VRBO. The condo was nice to be located near quieter Beach, but there was very limited outside space for us to use with a young family. It is a decent spot if you plan to spend all your time at the beach and don’t have any mobility issues as there are stairs everywhere whether it’s the condo getting to and from the pool, traveling up and down the stairs to get to the entry. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Be sure to get extra cleaning supplies when you arrive if you’re there more than two days.

Nice location/Few problems though

Loved the location of this place...close and easy walk to the beach and just a short car ride to other areas of interest. One issue was the door was not locked upon our arrival but everything seemed to be okay inside. The wagon that was recommended to use was broken...should be fixed or replaced. And the sliding door was difficult to open and close. Otherwise it was a comfortable place to stay during our visit to Hilton Head.

Very clean, spacious condo

We had a group of 5 staying in the condo. I was a bit worried it would be crowded but there was plenty of space for everyone in the bedrooms and in the common area. There are 2 full baths, one on the first floor with two of the bedrooms, one on the third floor in the master. On the middle floor is a powder room, decent sized and fully equipped kitchen, a large table that seats 6 comfortably but could fit more, and the large living room. Everything was very comfortable and spotless. The beach is about ten minutes away on foot and the host has provided a beach cart, chairs, etc. if you need them. We have been coming to HH for years and this is one of the most spacious places we have stayed. We complety recommend!

Accommodations were great. Lovely place. All the stairs were difficult for seniors. But we enjoyed the family gathering around in our well decorated and comfortable surroundings.

Great family vacation

This property was an excellent choice for our family. Accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 8. We walked to the pool and had a short drive to the beach. There were attractions for the entire family within a short drive of this property. The only minor negative is the distance we had to carry luggage from the parking lot to the condo. Otherwise our experience was all positive.

Great location, Very Clean and Updated

We had a great time at this condo. We had just come from staying in North Carolina in a rustic cabin and when we entered the condo, we all breathed a sigh of relief. It felt so good to be in a modern, updated space. Everything was so clean as well. The condo had everything we needed and the descriptions of everything they had in the listing were spot on. The location is great. So close to everything whether you choose to walk, ride a bike or drive. We spent all our beach time at Coligny Beach. So convenient! Be warned it is busy though. Thank you for the great stay! We would definitely rent here again.

Waking to condo from parking lot unexpected. Condo itself was clean and nice.

Very difficult to find. Did not like the distance for walking from parking lot to elevator and elevator to room. My mother is a senior citizen, it was hard on her since we didn’t expect the walk. Everything else was great!

Great Time!

We had such a great long weekend here. We didn’t want to leave! This rental is beautifully decorated, clean and supplied with all of the essentials. Mike checked in with us on arrival and again on checkout. It’s in a great location near lots of shops and restaurants. It was only a short distance to the beach and we were able to park in the public beach access parking lot. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hilton Head!
