Recién remodelado y bellamente decorado !! Esta villa de tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio cuenta con muebles, pintura y pisos nuevos. La sala de estar y el comedor se combinan con un balcón fuera de la sala de estar. Esta villa está equipada con una cocina de tamaño completo con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Esta villa tendrá capacidad para ocho personas en total; la ropa de cama proporciona una cama queen en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio con un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for beach and enjoyed the pool. 20mins stroll to Coligny Plaza in the evening for ice cream. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen and took turns to work in smallish space. Two opposite Balconies great for drying clothes. Had a great week with grandchildren.

The location of this condo was great. Only a five minute walk to the beach. And the beach was great because it was in a less crowded area. The condo is fine. A few changes I would recommend the sofa bed mattress had a plastic over it I wasn’t sure if it should be ripped off or not so we just left it on. The half bath toilet needs a gut replacement. They handle had to be jiggled in order for the water to stop running. If you use the mic Microwave and the toaster at the same time it blew a fuse. I wish they had included a few more garbage bags. We like that other renters had left beach chairs and assorted beach toys for the kids. We also like that there were Pickleball courts which we used. I would stay there again I would encourage others to do so also.

The kitchen was well equipped except that it provided plastic wine glasses instead of glass. I thought that that cheapened it a little It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. It was very clean and the beach was a little further than expected but we made do. Overall a nice experience.

While researching and booking, the owner answered my questions and Vacation Time staff was very helpful and friendly. Several of the restaurants and areas we liked were the beach, Coligny Plaza, Hinchey's, Southern Coney, Sea Shack, Frosty Frog, Harbortown, South Beach and the bike trails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, didn't realize we had to share a washer and dryer, my fault I didn't read carefully enough. The second bedroom did't have a TV and the third bedroom had a TV but no remote to work it. Overall the unit was nice with these exceptions. It was nice that the kids could go walking and I didn't have to worry about them. But we will not return because when I take a beach vacation I like to be on the beach and this is not the place to do that. Also the elevator kept breaking down and had to use the stairs. Great Condo and Location if you don't want to drink your coffee every morning and look at the ocean.

We had the best time. As for our condo: Very clean and in great condition. The one thing that we didn't realize was that the laundry was not directly in our personal condo but out in the main hallway area (public) and required the use of quarters to operate. Easily solved with a trip to the bank for a roll.

Owner Mark was very quick to respond to our last min plans.We love to cook (even on vacation) so it was nice to have a beautiful kitchen and kids love the breakfast bar too. Location was awesome. Great, quiet and low key area for families. One of the best beaches we've visited. Neighborhood resident only beach access was literally across the street to Coligny Beach. The shops at Coligny Plaza was a huge plus!!! We can't wait to be back in XB9. Thanks Mark.

Pleasant stay: Comfortable place. Fine location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is pretty much as advertised. Nice, generally good shape. The beds were comfy and 2.5 bathrooms wonderful with 6 of us there. The pool is also nice. Never crowded. Unfortunate we couldn't swim past sunset. Someone told us its a new city ordinance or something. There was an area rug in the LR that was horrible. The maids had laid it down upside down and it was awful. We rolled it up and put it in closet for duration of our stay. Other than that. The place was very nice. The beach was disappointing though no fault of property. There were hordes of jelly fish. People were getting attacked and paramedics even were called one day. We also saw an alligator in water there one day. Were told it was rare but still; for "land locked" folks like us it was kind of unsettling so we never went in the water. But there are many things to do in the area. Overall a pleasant stay in a nice convenient place with helpful office staff.

The condo has been upgraded but the floors were covered in grout that was never wiped away and was exceptionally dirty, so much that we wore shoes at all times. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay.
