Exquisite, recently renovated studio apartment

THE SPACE. This 540 ft² studio is furnished with a King sized bed, two night stands, a comfortable two piece leather sectional and a tray table. The apartment is large and inviting. It is ideal for business travelers as well as sightseeing tourists.

The studio is fully air-conditioned, has internet and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4 burner range cooktop, microwave, kettle and a refrigerator.

The apartment is located in a multi storey building. You will have to climb steps from the parking lot, to the lobby. Therefore, the apt is not ideal for guests with physical disabilities or limitations walking.

Finally, there is on-site unassigned parking. There is sufficient parking for residents and guests.

Excellent location

The property was as listed I enjoyed my stay the host was very responsive to my calls the plus for me was waking up to the Jamaican coffee in the morning that was provided. I definitely recommend and will stay again if host will accept.

The apartment we rented was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The only suggestion for the building owner/manager is maybe to repaint the building and update the laundry room.

Not the most aesthetic setting but the rooms are ok. One of the pillowcases had a bad scent when I arrived. Check-in process very straight forward and easy, host was easily accessible. AC unit was perfect and the location is central and convenient.

Very nice place

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is close to the New Kingston area which is a very nice area and close to Emancipation Park. The apartment is well equiped and has everything you can need. Catherine is always ready to answer whatever you might need. Very recommended.

I arrived before 6 pm so check in very easy. I am sure it would not have been a problem if I had arrived after 6 pm. During my stay Ingrid who was at the reception was always able to answer my questions and help me find things that I needed. I met the owner as I was leaving and we had a pleasant chat.

Firstly the apartment was very clean and comfortable, also giving us a beautiful view of the scenery around us. We were one hundred percent satisfied with that part of it. What was displeasing was the condition of the laundry room. It was an eyesore.
