POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Very good location in relation to the beach and other attractions. Very spacious, well furnished and well kept with adequate dishes and utilities for in-house meals. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great mini vacation

Very nice property, clean and great location.We found everything we needed and the walk to the beach was very short.We had a great time at this property at SPI.

Nice Place!

Place was clean and I like that there are 3 bathrooms. Master has a King bed and the beds in the two of the bedrooms were Queens.

We enjoyed our stay.

I would’ve wanted a broom to sweep as we come back from the beach and it leaves the floor slippery. There are times where I almost slipped but caught myself. Thanks for having us.

Good location and very nice apartment.

Very nice apartment located close to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped except for the dishwasher . It has a wine cooler and everything that you need for a good vacation. The apartment is located on a very quiet street and six minutes walk to the beach. I will recommend it to anyone with a big family.

Family vacation

Everything was great. Except we did not have a working washer and was a big reason for booking. Was not notified that washer was broken. Didn’t find out till we tried to use it on our second day there.

Property is nice , could use some upgrades

Nice place , needs some upgrades and is a 5 min walk to the beach . No elevators . Pool is very very small.

Modern Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this modern condo. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t large enough to accommodate the many units. So we didn’t use it. The second bedroom shower did not have warm water. Our two teenage boys were staying in that room so of course they didn’t tell us until we left. I’m sure had I addressed it while we were there the property managers would have taken care of it. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay & communication with the property manager was great.

We enjoyed our visit. The layout of the condo was perfect. We wish we had better beach access and a bigger pool but overall wonderful stay.

Awesome stay!

Place was comfy, clean, and convenient!! Definitely looking forward to staying at the property again! Our check process at the welcome center was fast and easy. The man at front desk was so polite, and helpful.

Pool could be better

Not a lot of sun so was a little chilly in November for swimming in the pool. No hot water in master bathroom. It got warm, but never hot. Shower taking was not a pleasant experience because of it.

Great space for the 5 of us

Property was clean, spacious and up to date with hot water and the walking from the beach. Would have given 5 stars, but pool was extra small, probably my fault as I may not have noticed pool size or the fact it was a 2nd story and small extra small balcony.

Don't stay if you want to take a shower!

The hot water in the second bedroom is not working and it takes the other showers 20 minuets to get hot and you will loose hot water intermittently along with very low flow and pressure. The shower is for those who like surprises, you never know what you will get. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean and comfortable otherwise. It was nicely decorated with everything nice and simple. The showers are what caused the hot for 3 stars. There is also no dishwasher even though they leave dishwashing tablets. Not to bad for the money but I feel like I could have found a better place to stay. Don't let proximity to the beach be a factor as you are able to drive into the beach at access points five and six.

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little put off because there was still hair in the bathroom drains but overall the place was clean and very comfortable.
