Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach





The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting



There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).



THIS 1 BEDROOM (KING w/TV), LIVING ROOM (w/smart TV) + Den (QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER), 2 BATH (TUB/SHOWER COMBO IN both baths) HAS INCREDIBLE LANAI VIEWS! THIS BLDG. (H) IS ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE LOBBY AND SWIMMING POOL. THIS THIRD FLOOR UNIT IS EASILY ACCESSED VIA AN ELEVATOR. THERE'S ALSO PARKING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BLDG. THIS UNIT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH FULL SIZE FRONT LOADING STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER.



Property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.



Starting August 1, 2024 there is $115.00 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation payable by Guests @ Check-in that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.



Monthly Rental Rates are Based on 28 Day Month.

We enjoyed the property very much, the balcony and the views, the pool, and the walkways. I put location was perfect from airport to beaches in the downtown.

Great retro resort!

Love this location… close to beach and lots of great shops. Highly recommend Skylight Pilates. The resort is small and nice to be able to walk to everything vs getting in the car to go to the pool! The gardens are wonderful. They are doing a great job on updating the facilities. I’ll be back again!

Comfortable condo!

Even with ongoing construction and the weather too cold to enjoy the pool/hot tub, this was a comfortable place to stay in a very convenient location. And with two full bathrooms! Neil communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!

We Love Naples!!

Our first trip to Naples, we celebrated our 16th anniversary. It did not disappoint, we loved it, our condominium was very clean and welcoming. We sat out on the covered lanai watching the water fountain and birds, landscapes, very well kept. A paver brick sidewalk surrounds the pool and restaurant. They have the best pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball, a beautiful pool. Restaurant on site that was amazing!! It was 7 minutes away from everything we did while visiting Naples. Would stay again.

Very nice condo

We will definitely stay here again. The condo and property are very nice. It’s also close to a lot of grocery stores and some restaurants. Host was quick and helpful via text. We didn’t have access to the lanai due to construction, but we were refunded a portion for that. I found the trade-off fair. My only complaint is that there was a decent amount of construction noise that started at 7:30am… which is out of the host’s control since they are clearly doing a huge remodel across the property.

Exactly what we needed

This condo was just right. After checking our hurricane damaged home on Fort Myers Beach, we needed to find a place where we could relax. This condo was very nice, clean, well decorated and it had everything that we needed.

Dirty and outdated

Very sparse kitchen supplies for cooking and entertaining. Place needs a major facelift.

Park Shore Resort Condo

The location of this condo is perfect. Close to beaches, shopping, downtown 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. The property itself is very well kept. Landscaping is beautiful, pool is nice as well. Onsite restaurant, Hogfish Harry's was convenient and good. The condo itself needs major updating and a proper cleaning. The rugs were very dirty and strategically placed throw rugs on top of the carpet's really bad spots did nothing to hide that fact. The bathtub in the main bathroom was FILTHY. We had to buy Tilex and a scrub brush to clean it ourselves prior to using it. The upholstered furniture had a funky smell, so had to purchase Febrezze to fix that. The king mattress needs to be replaced; tended to roll towards the middle of the bed during the night. This unit has a washer/dryer, but the dryer vents into the condo itself. Tends to work against the running A/C. Had to purchase our own beach umbrella, the two that were left for us to use were 1) disintegrated and 2) full of mold. Teapot was completely rusted inside; good thing I checked before use. One of the beach chairs which was in bad shape to begin with when we arrived broke during our last week. Rental company did drop off two new beach chairs, but they weren't really usable for a normal sized person; they were more like children's chairs. Rental company also did provide a new teapot after we complained, but little things like this really should have been taken care of before we came in. Heard while chatting with other renters at the pool that there are condos that have been updated, are clean inside and provide newer amenities. If we stay at Park Shore in the future, would look for another condo unit that has been updated.

In need of upgrade

This property is in need of major upgrade. From the rust in freezer to the rust in master bathtub. Plus carpets we’re filthy with throw rugs placed on top to try and hide. Sofa was a pit to sit on. Good points were bed was comfortable and shower pressure great

loved this place!

We stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved the property and its location. Everything about the condo was sparkling clean which made us feel at ease, and the grounds of the property are well manicured. We loved being so close to the pool and restaurant in the central area of the buildings. The sliding doors to the outside deck open wide to let in tons of fresh air and create a wonderful open-air vibe. This was our favorite spot, overlooking the water feature in the courtyard and pool. We cannot wait to return!

Paradise

We were so impressed with this home away from home on the 3rd floor right off the elevators that has a full two room balcony that brings the outdoors in privacy to other guests and the pool outside. All the furnishings and tasteful appointments of occasional pillows along with a full kitchen filled with all we needed to make gourmet meals to dine at the table for breakfast or dinner. The grilling and picnic area is very close by so it’s situated just right for privacy while you can walk daily to convenience and grocery stores.
