Hermoso condominio con vista al mar 2/2

Ideal para familias, personas mayores y de todas las edades que disfrutan de una playa tranquila sin coches, pero con muchas conchas y muchos kilómetros de playa de arena blanca para caminar, trotar o andar en bicicleta mientras escuchas las olas en el camino.
Las puertas de cristal de Condo se abren a un patio con césped que está junto a la piscina, donde los niños pueden jugar y los amigos se pueden reunir.
Pequeño, complejo de estilo familiar con un montón de estacionamiento abierto siempre, 'Comodidades del hogar' tranquilo y asequible con vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal, decoración actualizada, unidad limpia con cocina completamente instalada.

Plan de piso de condominio: Le ofrecemos una casa de 2/2 completamente amueblada con Wifi. En el primer piso, tenemos una cocina completa, baño completo, sala familiar y área de comedor con taburetes en la barra superior también para agregar a sus asientos para las comidas según sea necesario. A partir de 2014, hemos actualizado a un 40 'Smart Wifi TV.
El segundo piso tiene el dormitorio principal con una amplia vista abierta del océano Atlántico y la piscina desde el dormitorio y el balcón. Hay un televisor en el dormitorio principal. La habitación de huéspedes ofrece dos juegos de literas para los huéspedes con niños, adolescentes o adultos adicionales de todas las edades. Nice Place, Great Location

Although this property is older, it has been updated. The location could not be better, right on the beach with a pool. For a couple or a family with smaller children, it is an ideal, affordable spot for NSB.

Great location

The location to and views of the ocean and beach area is great. Check-in and the property manager were easy and great. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it but it is dated and the bathroom showers and tub area really need to be updated. Parking is very close and convenient and the area is very quiet and lovely.

Beach vacation

This unit provides a comfortable and semi secluded stay that is only a few steps from being on the beach. The unit is spacious for a family and offers all the full amenities of home.

Great property with a great beach.

We wanted to be on the south end of New Smyrna Beach close to where my parents had a place when I was younger. This place did not disappoint, and we will come back here if it's available. The beach area is really nice and the pool and pool deck were great too. I would recommend this place.

Relaxing Retreat

We rented the property for January and February. Very cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. Spent lots of time walking the beautiful beach. Excellent communication with Suzanne, the owner. Property manager, Lisa, was great. Nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time!

This was our 4th year staying at Ocean South and we are never disappointed. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Our condo, B103, was beautiful and comfortable. Suzanne was easily accessible and responded promptly. We hope to return next year...as long as we can find an opening.

Nice condo

Great condo for families with kids. Ocean/pool view. Friendly community. Grounds are clean and well kept. Condo itself could use a little routine maintenance and the shared upstairs balcony is not very private. Grocery stores within a short distance. Nothing within walking distance, which for us is nice, but others may want better access to shops, etc. Beautiful wide private beach with little traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Oceanview Condo 2/2

This condo has a great location just steps away from a pool and the no-drive portion of the beach. The photos for this property were accurate. Although the furniture and kitchen are a little dated everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. All of the TVs work with full cable and access to streaming services. The only downside is one of the showers was being used to store boogie boards and beach chairs so we only used one of the showers which wasn’t a huge deal. Also, there is onsite laundry but no laundry in the condo. Overall the area is very quiet and parking is not crowded. We would definitely stay here again instead of New Smyrna Beach Club where we have stayed several times prior to this trip.

Great to work with hosts

We had an a/c breakdown. Our hosts got the unit replaced within two days during a holiday week. We really appreciated that! Great location. The condo is older, but it suited our needs as we had family close by.

A wonderful place to relax with ocean view

We are only 1 hour away so we rented this gem of a spot for 1 month. Very clean and updated and wonderful views of pool and ocean from the couch and of course the patio. I loved that the bedrooms are upstairs and master suite has view of the ocean and it is decorated beautifully. So fresh and clean feeling looking out of your bedroom balcony at the ocean. Many good restaurants in the area. Very quiet and respectful people that either lived or rented in the condo unit. We never had one complaint in a month of being there. I only have a super star best rating!

Great stay right on the beach!

This was a cute condo right on the beach. The bunk beds were especially helpful. The decor and furniture were nicer than many condos at this price point, and being able to walk straight out to the pool and beach was super convenient! Highly recommend!

Friendly complex, fantastic location

This is our second time renting this condo. We love the location. You can’t beat staying right on the beach & we love the convenience of being on the ground floor. We can easily store all the beach toys in the patio-no stairs to carry them up. A great tennis court for use as well. Love this little treasure on the beach!

Fun time in Florida

Condo was great. Comfortable and had everything needed. Enjoyed the unit being on the ground level and good views of the ocean. Only complaint would be it wasn’t cleaned really well when we arrived.

Family Spring break 2019!

This was the first time our entire family have been on vacation since all the kids have been married and grandkids were born. This is a beautiful, quiet condo unit and entire area to stay with a family. The pool is so close that you can watch your kids right in front on you on the beach without having to sit there all day. The condo was very clean, well equipped and very cute. It made our stay for a wonderful week. The only thing that I could say negative was I do wish it had its own washer and dryer, but other than that I would surely recommend this unit to anyone. Hope to be back next year!
