IMPORTANT: Weekly rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY
New 40 m² apartment (2008) in very calm and bright co-ownership (sleeping 4 people):
Ground floor: hallway with storage, WC, living room / kitchen with full-foot balcony with superb mountain views.
Upstairs: two bedrooms separated by the bathroom fitted with a shower cabin.
Important private parking space because parking is very complicated.
Facing South / West so sunny.
Ski or bike room outside, lockable.
Possibility of
Town center at 10 minutes on foot, cable car at 5 minutes on foot to go skiing or going to mountain bike trails, rock bath at 7 minutes on foot (several pools, hammam, sauna, treatments ...).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
So the car is not essential because parking in Cauterets is difficult.
Very quiet apartment, very well equipped, with breathtaking mountain views in a maintained and clean co-property.
FYI the ski resort closes the last weekend of April.
Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Lourdes is a 30-minute drive away.

Petite maison très bien optimisée et équipée, bien située et avec un parking (précieux à cauterets). Jolie vue du petit balcon sur la montagne. Très calme.Dans le détail, les chalets sont situes en 3 rangs sur une butte (parking entre les rangs 2 et 3). Celui ci est du coté opposé à l'entrée donc haut sur la butte qui domine la petite rue. Très tranquille. Petit balcon au soleil l après midi et début de soirée l'été (ensuite la montagne cache la vallee).Le logement est assez petit mais largement suffisant pour 4 avec plein de placards et ce qui est rare lave vaisselle et lave linge (ds la salle d eau en haut). Haut velux pour la chambre donnant sur le parking, petite fenêtre pour la chambre plus grande donnant sur l arriere. Les 2 ont des lits de 140 et au choix couette ou couverture.La kitchenette est (très) bien équipée en ustensiles avec un.maxi four sur le côté (il chauffe bien), et des plaques vitro céramique. Le frigo top n est pas très puissant (freezer 2* un peu long pour glacer l eau pour les randos) mais suffisant.Le grand placard extérieur qui ferme a cles est bien pratique.En 5-10 minutes a pieds on est au centre (passer par la résidence des 100 lacs puis arrière du fronton pas de circulation).Tennis pas loin (12 euros de l heure jusque 21h le soir demander à la cabane tout près). Télécabines également. Idem pour la gare routiere (pour certaines balade possibilité d utiliser les navettes) ont laissé des informations bien utiles pour les balades et rando.

Très bel endroit , pas de vis à vis sauf la montagne . Dommage , lorsque le voisin est arrivé, on entendait tout, même lorsqu’il urinait dans les toilettes du rdc. Point négatif , les toilettes absentes à l’étage . Aspirateur pas très performant pour faire un ménage efficace. Néanmoins, super endroit

Nous sommes un couple la soixantaine du Québec. Nous louons souvent mais à Cauterets ce fût génial. Une semaine en Septembre. C'est une maison (pas un appart), Tranquille, pas de passage, très très propre (impeccable), tout à disposition, 2 grands lits, chauffage, Tv, très bien organisé. Proche de tout à pied. Si je dois trouver un seul petit défaut, il n'y a pas de wifi mais le paysage des montagnes compense haut la main ce détail. Et nous y reviendrons à 110%. Merci à tous, Christian
