Starting downstairs, you enter into the large open concept main living area with a beautiful centerpiece fireplace, a 58" Smart TV, and views of the pool and beyond. It flows seamlessly into the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with an oversized island and quality stainless steel appliances, including a built-in wine refrigerator and microwave. You'll find ample food storage, with a large walk-in pantry off the kitchen and an additional full-size refrigerator in the garage. The main dining area off the kitchen comfortably seats 8 at the large table, with extra seating for 6 at the kitchen island.

A large den with a queen sleeper sofa, a 43" Smart TV, a workspace, and pocket doors is located off the living room. This versatile space can serve as a second living area, an additional sleeping area, or an office.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a King bed, a spacious en-suite bath with a tiled shower, and a 50" Smart TV.
The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs, offering comfortable accommodations for your guests. The bedrooms include a Queen bedroom with an en-suite bath, another bedroom with a Queen and Twin XL bed, and the last bedroom featuring a King bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath located at the end of the hallway. All upstairs bedrooms feature 43" Smart TVs.

The outdoor features of this property add to the luxury. You can enjoy an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. The pool, available for an additional fee, can be heated from March through the end of October, with pool cooling also available in the warmer months. The large patio area boasts lounge chairs for poolside relaxation, an outdoor dining area, a propane Weber grill, and a spacious grass yard overlooking the lagoon.

This home's prime location offers easy access to the beach, the Plantation Golf Club, Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town, and the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog. It's the perfect spot to immerse yourself in all that the Sea Pines Resort has to offer.

A car pass is included with your stay, and additional passes are available for $20 per pass per week. A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted.

Pool heat is available from March through the end of October at a cost of $50 per day (with a 4-day minimum charge) plus a $50 setup fee. Pool heating may be available from November through February, depending on the nighttime low temperatures during your stay. Heat must be requested a minimum of one week prior to arrival. The same fees/notice apply.
