This was a beautiful property. My parents spent the week there with my sister while my brother and I hiked the Grand Canyon. While I was only there for a couple days my parents couldn’t stop complimenting the house I had picked for them to stay in. The house was very relaxing and easily within walking distance to downtown. We walked into town each morning for coffee and then again for dinner each night. I would definitely stay in this rental again if I make it back to Sedona.

We so enjoyed our stay here, our first time in Sedona. Awesome location, we were close to restaurants and shops, and close to gorgeous hikes. Host was very communicative and helpful. The space was perfect for us, 4 adults and a toddler. The kitchen was very well stocked! We loved the way the main living room was set away from the bedrooms.

Great landing spot for our Sedona vacation, located in uptown near the shops and restaurants. The house is cozy with a couple gas heaters (fireplace stove) to keep the house warm. There’s some construction happening across the street, can be noisy during the day but typically wraps up around 5pm. Otherwise a great spot. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location of this house is excellent with easy access to Uptown Sedona. The view from the front room was amazing and we enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. Overall the home is well kept and beds comfortable but some furniture is showing wear, especially the dining chairs. One quirk that might save other guest's frustration is noting that the shower plumbing is backwards from standard and hot water is labeled as cold etc. Access was effortless with a coded deadbolt. Construction across the street was noted in the description but was not overly disruptive to our stay. One suggestion was to add more patio lights as we couldn't enjoy the back patio after dark. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect Uptown Sedona rental

Perfect Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy Sedna. The house is a perfect spot to access all of the natural wonders of the area and walking distance to Uptown! We especially loved the back yard and the excellent views from the front window of the house.
