Wonderfully located beach cottage in Kitty Hawk with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Listen to the surf while enjoying the convenience of self-check-in, then relax on the covered porch or side sun deck and enjoy the ocean views!
Enjoy the provided beach chairs and umbrellas as you walk one minute to the beach access, equipped with Lifeguard stand and outdoor showers. Walk a few minutes and fish at Kitty Hawk Pier, then grill up your catch on the provided propane grill. Have the benefit of being centrally located; everything you need within a half-mile (medical center, numerous shops and restaurants, salon, drug, and grocery stores). Relish the simplicity of an easy-breezy vacation! Sorry, no smoking or pets.

This was a very clean and nice 3 bedroom property that was just a short walk to the beach. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. Family enjoyed our stay there.

Check-in was good. Dishes, mugs, pots and pans, utensils were dirty and had to be washed before use. Crumbs on the floor in the dining area, and on the table next to the bed in the bunk room. Can opener unusable due to rust; floor fan in the bunk room doesn’t work; bottom bunk so squeaky, wakes everyone up when whoever is sleeping on it turns over during the night.

The house offered everything you needed for 5 days. Grocery stores near by , beach was just 3 minutes away from house and clean. Great place to stay.

The Best Rental

This is our third time renting this house! It is always very clean with cute beach decor. The property manager is very responsive and kind. The house is located in an excellent neighborhood; great for walking. The street is near a beach access. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The Sunday to Sunday time frame helps avoid lots of traffic coming and going. Overall excellent rental.

Within walking distance to the beach

We loved our stay. Nice 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of beach toys for children.

OBX at its finest

Perfect location hands down, the northern end of Kitty Hawk where its less busy with a gas station a block away and Walmart/grocery stores just down the street. You can see the ocean and the beach access from the front porch.

Beautiful views, well cared for house

This house was perfect! Everything you need for a beach day, they have from chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and even a cooler. The house was absolutely adorable and so well taken care of. We enjoyed the decks and watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. I can't wait to plan out next trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Location

We all loved the house. It’s exactly as described. The location couldn’t be more perfect. I was nervous being so close to the main road but we couldn’t hear anything and slept amazingly. The candy store nearby was a bonus for the kids. Love that you can see the beach and lifeguard flags from the porch so we could plan our day accordingly. We will be back!!

We’ve rented this house several times

It is a nice, clean house in an excellent location. Cute, Beachy decor. All of the aforementioned plus the Sunday to Sunday rental period makes this house ideal for us. We avoid heavy traffic and save an hour or two in travel time by avoiding the Saturday rush. The house is in a nice quiet, walkable and joggable neighborhood. It is easy to get to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants. We appreciated that the house was ready for us when we arrived a little early.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful place! Close to the beach, groceries, restaurants. We do a little bit of traveling but really just enjoy either being at the beach or sitting on the deck and enjoying the sound and smell of the sea air. Not having to travel far for some groceries or going out to eat means more time to enjoy!

Best spot for Beach Respite!!

To celebrate our son’s graduation we took a beach vacation with our family. The location to the beach access was fantastic, easy walk just five minutes or less away. The area was family friendly: safe places for our boys to either bike or run. The house and outside area provided everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped and organized. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and plenty of room for our family and our clothes. We loved it so much there is talk of returning again next year.

Great location. Nice house

Location had great and close beach access. Centrally located to everything. House nice. Had everything you might need so you can pack less. Comfortable for 5-6 but you could probably sleep 8. Plenty of outdoor seating and you can hear the ocean. Would recommend.
