## Interaction

The codes needed to enter the property are available 1 hour prior to check-in in our online guest site.

After you've completed your booking, you will receive a message from a company named Vivint (a leader in home security) with instructions on how to set up your virtual key. This message will be sent to the phone number associated with your profile, so please be sure it is correct. You will also receive a message with detailed step by step instructions on how to use that virtual key, where to park, and how to find the unit.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issue should one arise.

Vehicles of greater height will not be able to enter. *Additional Spot Available for an additional fee (subject to availability). The entire community is pet-friendly so you may run into the pets other residents during your stay. There is a flight of stairs you must be able to walk up to reach my front door. We have a pet fee policy in place for your convenience.

Pet fee is a one time non-refundable amount of $100 limit 2 pets. Pet Crating Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be securely crated anytime they are left unattended in the unit. This helps prevent damage, excessive noise, or distress while you’re away.

If a pet is left uncrated and causes disturbances or damage, additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. Continued disturbances may result in a request to remove the pet from the property without refund.
