For clarity: house has a dedicated sleeping area for king sized bed, however the house is configured internally as a studio which means the sleeping area is not private and does not have a private door or dividing walls.

The host was very timely in communication matters and the place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Shared rides were easily accessible to all downtown locations and allowed us to get where we needed within a 5-10 minute ride.

Never felt so cozy and at home on any past stays in Indy, and those stays were at the Westin, Hilton Inn. Very nice hotels but no privacy outside your room like you get with this place. If I come back next year, I hope to book the same property.

In for NBA Game With Family

The description of the property makes you believe that it was walking distance…to SOMETHING. It’s not. At all. It is absolutely adorable- but in a very, very inconvenient, rough feeling part of town. Anything that COULD be walking, is impossible because the streets and sidewalks are under SERIOUS construction. The neighborhood isn’t a place that I felt comfortable- I was with my son. Just the two of us. If you stay here, a car is a MUST. We had to uber everywhere and left after the first night to find more convenient, safe feeling, accommodations elsewhere. I asked the owner for a one night refund- given the circumstances- no sidewalks, NO STREET LIGHTS, roads that were not navigational by the even the uber drivers- he never responded. I was willing to pay for two nights - our reservations were for three- out of curiosity- as we only stayed for one.. I would never take a child to this property, nor would I recommend staying there without a car. Really disappointed.

Super clean whole house rental in walking/easy scooter distance from downtown. Loved the vibe inside. Great clear communication with host throughout the trip. Great water pressure/temperature. Quiet street.

Cozy and Convenient

This home was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, as you are able to walk to the city for events and food. The property manager makes sure to check up on you during your visit, making sure you’re enjoying your stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

This property is perfectly located in Indianapolis to get to all of the most popular venues life Lucas Oil Stadium, The Conference center, Bankers Life Arena, Fountain Square, and down town. Everything is within2.5 miles. Speedway (where the Indy raceway is) is about 10 minute drive. Easy access (less than a half mile) to Highway, and tons of eateries. This home is very well situated to see/get to all things Indy.

What makes our place unique is the location but also the decor, amenities and most of all VALUE that we offer. We you not find a place in Indy that is nicer, more comfortable, or close to everything, for the price. Period. Give us a try and you will see for yourself.

Outdoor living in front and back as well as grill and firepit. All of the amenities you would need or want while travelling. We also have dedicated office space for the business traveler.
