I stayed in Indianapolis from February 24–28, 2026, and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect — right downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and everything I needed. Having free garage parking was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy.The suite itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the space felt both stylish and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!

Our stay was here was good and what we needed it to be. We didn’t use the kitchen because it was so close to so many restaurants. The location was great as it’s close to many things. We were able to walk to the Indiana War Memorial museum and the Lucas Oil Stadium. Check in was easy and very detailed in the instructions we were given. The parking garage situation was a little less convenient than I would have liked but it was nice that it was free ( you have to go to the apartment to get the garage pass before you can park and take it back to the apartment before you leave). The only real complaint I have is that the apartment was not as clean as I would expect for having a cleaning fee as large as what it was. I think the apartment is in need of a deep clean, but the essentials (bed, shower, sink) were clean enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Overall the apartment was nice and I would probably stay here again.

Being within walking distance to places like the Indiana War Memorial and Lucas Oil Stadium is definitely one of the things guests enjoy most about the property. We also appreciate you mentioning the parking process. We provide the garage pass this way guests can enjoy free secure parking, which can be hard to find in the area, but we understand the extra step can feel a little inconvenient. Regarding cleanliness, we take that very seriously. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every stay using a checklist that follows VRBO cleaning guidelines, with specific checkpoints to ensure the essentials and high-touch areas are properly sanitized. That said, we truly appreciate you pointing this out because feedback like this helps us continue improving. We’ve already shared your comments with our cleaning team so we can review and ensure everything meets the high standards we aim to provide for every guest. Very cool building and apartment. It was larger than a hotel room and better priced. Great communication with the host. Location is walking distance to convention center, plenty of food and entertainment options. Accommodations were better than expected. While parking access was included in the stay, I didn't need it but can easily see how it would be required if I had a car. The host was attentive during my stay with prompt replies to some questions. Would highly recommend for someone attending an event at the convention center or any other reason.
